I wouldn't know what to put in here, other than I am so glad I did it. And I'm not referring to this cleanse only - my 6th to date, but to the fact that I found out about HPS and made the decision to join it... and go through all the programs :).

As expected, my body continued to drop mucoid plaque - and this time it was a dark black almost entirely, meaning they were old and were there for many years. As with every cleanse, I lost some weight.
Again as usual, my poor feet and hands circulation issue - that I had since childhood is getting better.

... and the rest of the benefits :D. Life is nice :D. And I'm learning to like it more and more. Really, it's just an illusion, life is just the way you imagine it in your mind, so why not think yourself happy? :).

As you cleanse, you gradually learn to realize that all the problems you had in the past - including health problems - are actually created by you, and HPS teaches you how to undo and reverse the process, starting and focusing on the physical body (especially in the beginning).

So, cleanse... it is only so natural and beneficial!

That to me encapsulates nicely a big piece of what advanced levels of cleansing brings, when you do it in a holistic manner that incorporates one's total being, not just the physical issues. The attention pays off.

Yes, isn't that amazing that it is so simple? And yet, for some reason, we need to go through numerous experiences to feel what kids do instinctively - happiness comes from within, you don't need anything else but the proper attitude towards life. I'm a complicated guy, so it took some time to realize that everything is in fact so simple... :).

and i want to add to the naturalness and beneficialness of cleansing....in this day in age, especially if you come from a western developed country with all its dietary and other lifestyle woes like inappropriate and often harmful healthcare, this type of cleansing is essential to healthy human development and realization of the human potential.

Adrian, I agree with Jai! I really admire the advance cleansers....much, much more, now that I have been through one cleanse. Can't imagine how I will feel with 6 cleanses under my belt. ;)
