Im pleased to have done a 7DW I feel cleaner, more positive, more aware and feel I have a better perspective on life.

The program is really user friendly anybody can do it, I recommend it to everyone. I think one of the greatest aspects of the program is that it actually empowers you to take control of your health giving you the tools and knowledge to be able to do so.

I havn't experienced the level of support this program gives from any other health care program. The 7DW has given me the knowledge to live a healthier lifestyle.

It has been an excellent investment.
