Well, yes, cleansing is a lifelong activity, and you need to do it only as long you want a healthy body and a happy life :).
There are no miracles in cleansing... other that you, YOU learning to take responsibility for your health and wellbeing, which is a miracle!
I feel after I finished this seventh cleanse I am still amazed that each time you can go deeper, that there is always something to clean.
In my case, this time - like the past three - I eliminated only dark black stuff, some old negativities stuck deep inside my body.
I lost some weight, but not too much.
Regular cleansing is part of my life now, and I would encourage anyone reading this to take their health and responsability in their own hands - not their doctors's, or family's or friends' - but in their very own hands. And since we are here, I believe that the easiest way to make lasting changes is by joining HPS. It is not the only way to get better, but the well-laid program, knowledge and self-awareness you gain, plus the terrific support in the forums from Jos-hua and fellow cleansers make it an excellent choice.

May all people reading dare to trust their inner selves and intuition and find their happiness through a vibrant health, a self-sustained health.

Thanks for being given the opportunity to start practicing at a rather young age.
Practicing is hard.. I mean, it's not hard, the hard part is to stick to it for a lifetime, and this is why I believe HPS is the best. You know, after I finished level 1 out of curiosity I searched the web for something similar, there were some things here and there, but none of them had the support we enjoy here.

No one is going to give this kind of involvment help and support and caring to make it work.... there is just too much energy, time and effort invovled, and it doesn't make sense for them financially to do it... even at a 1000 dollars or 2000 dollars a level, it just doesn't make sense financially.

I do it because it is part of the path, part of the practices of Helping people Survive... i do it out of an altruistic motivation to sincerely make it work for others, so that they too can find better health, sustainable better health, and Happiness in their lives, instead of declining health and suffering.

Rich from this financially I'll never be, pay my bills I can, and beyond that, as I said, it's part of my practices, the Bodisattva path. :D

This one statement sumarises exactly the real benefit of cleansing here at HPS. Adrian, just a quick note of congratulations here for passing another fasting milestone, Master Faster #3...I'm beginning to wonder how many more you'll be putting in before the year is out :)

Also I have to say briefly that this is a great discussion taking place here, and a good place for it too, that's a recent trend I've noticed (extended discussions in the public areas, intros and testimonials) that I think works well to broaden perceptions of what we do here.
