Hello Everyone!
I am writing to complete my Level 2 Experience and what a ride it has been :D ALL smiles of course!
What have I learned from Level 1 to Level 2? I feel so much more comfortable talking and speaking about all aspects of my body than I ever could have imagined. I am so much more aware of how my body is responding to each and everything I do, especially the foods that I eat and how it affects each and every cell in my body. And when I don't take care of my body, I feel the aftermath. I absolutely love that I can be present for myself in a whole new dimension of knowledge and understanding.
I have learned much more tolerance, love, and acceptance of those around me as I watch others go in and out of their own struggles with food and so much of struggle is our own resistance to what we know is good for us, the lack of knowledge around our bodies, and the simple fact that we are TOXIC and we need to detox.
On the physical aspect, I do feel amazingly better about myself and if I do fall off the banwagon, my body will only let me stay off for the maximum of one day before I majorly feel the lack veggies and fruits.
With love and light to you all! And now, I am off to explore the new journey of Level 3!
With love and light,
Heather
