It's 12 days since the last day of my Level 1 cleanse. I think the cleanse is a good thing to do because at least I got rid of some old toxic waste.
On the second day a pain in the left pelvis seemed to go away. I haven't felt that pain since really. I think it was my kidney. I would say that about 4 of the enemas produced very good results. The rest were okay. Day 2 was the best when I went out to the market to get fruit.
I felt dizzy and light-headed. From Day 5 on, I was very weak and just lay around all day. I lost some weight, maybe 7 lbs. (I don't have a scale)
Perhaps I had too much fruit juice. I seem to have intestinal yeast or candida and the symptoms came back with all the sucrose I think. I don't know, I guess if you have a problem with sugar then stick to lemon juice then.
In general, it was a good thing to do. I will continue to use the board. In intend to do the other cleanses every two months, at least try to, as I still think there is no way to get better if you are full of toxins.
