Hi.

I am so glad to have found this cleansing program. I am excited, but "nervous". I have been reading all the information from Jos-hua, the recommending books, and the Netwonder Series and hope to absorb it all.

I am 44, and live in the desert in California. The weather is like paradise, and the natural hot springs are wonderful. I came out here10 years ago to take care of my beloved father who CHF after a second by-pass surgery and passed away four years later.
I stayed on. I was working in his nursing home business, but I started a second career going back to get a Master's degree to be certified as an elementary school teacher. It has given me great joy.

I have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and chronic eye infections for 10 years. I have tried many doctors and programs with limited results. I hope this program leads me on the path to regain my health. I feel this is the right step on that path.

It isn't so much the level 1 fast, but instead the committment and determination to make things different for yourself that will get you there.

I am 43 and have had CFS as well. I am starting to make some significant headway in that department. And I know that in time, it too will be a thing of the past.

Yes, I can attest to it, your CFS will be gone...

I too had CFS, when I woke up in the morning after 10 hours of sleeping, couldn't walk more then 20 minutes outside, and then I would need to sit down, exhausted... my body also couldn't retain minerals or water... my girlfriend used to lay out three shirts every evening before we went to bed, because during the sleep, so much prespiration was going on that the shirt would be soaked, and some night the sheets too... and since we had the air con on (in those days I didn't know better, now 9 years I never sleep with aircon on!) it would get chills, so we would change shirts 3 times a night! In short, life was miserable and depressing too... but then, I didn't know about cleansing... but it was leading me there.... month after month a new health problem would appear, and within 15 months I was on the cleansing path, and haven't looked back since.... life is wonderful when one is healthy and in control of ones health. Isn't it?

Anyway, just follow the 7DW program, work deligently in your post-cleansing activities, progress levels, help others, and by the time it is all over, you will look back at the CFS and be amazed, that it is gone for good, and you never felt so good in your life.... that's the way it is, no quick fixes. but rather fixes that work.

PS. at the old support forum there was a post by one of our cleansers, ( I don't remember who) who attested to this fact re CFS... the western medical establishment doesn't think that it is possible, but it is... easily and quickly... CFS is a direct result of auto intoxication!

You know when you put your life in perspective, 50 - 60- 70- 80 years, then investing some time and effort in getting your health together, cleansing up our act for a year or two, doesn't seem like a big investment... in fact, it is ridiculously short... try getting your mind together and meditation... 10 or 15 years at the least... so what is a year or two re this purification and renewal program? Nothing... it passes so quickly... ask our older cleansers... they will tell you the same. It passes so quickly.
