Howdy all...

I finished my Level 2 cleanse almost 3 months ago. As with the first cleanse, the information offered for the cleanse was profound and was not just info to be used during the week of the cleanse, but knowledge that can be applied daily for the rest of one's life.

Immediately following the cleanse I felt great and everything was smooth and clean, but, once again, as I returned to a few of my stickier habits, my body became stickier. But I find that it is much easier now to recover from a few days of bad habits than it had been before my cleansing days started.

I am anxious to continue onward, learning more about how my body functions and how to allow it to function at it's optimal level. I strongly recommend HPS to anyone who is committed to forming a healthier life. You won't find a magic pill here, but you will find the framework that puts you in the driver's seat on the road to health.

Congratulations. You're still a young man and already have 2 cleanses under your belt. Hats off to you!

yea Brad, i would imagine it is much easier now to recover than it had been before.

but you do know and recognize I hope that at this stage of the game, you want to make much more effort to avoid that whole situation... because if you can't get it under more control now, the chances down the road, from our experience shows that it will be even harder... so my one suggestion is to pre-empt more, be more active here at the forums, and try to pre-empt more, by being more active, you'll find yourself more involved, and with engagemement and involvement reason and inspiration usually arise and that keeps the sticky bad stuff out of your life.

peace,

Congratulations Bradford, you're practicing and learning along the way thus getting more in tune with your body. The sticky stuff, I'm sure will continue to clear itself out with continued mindulness and good habits pushing out the bad. Great job!

Hey Brad,

Good to be reading your testimonial here. I have to concur with Jos-hua, it's so much more difficult to tackle the difficult habitual situations later than sooner; I'm still struggling to put some bad habits down that by now I really could have dealt with so easily had I made a little effort earlier. But in any case it's a great step to be at the point where you are now, the thing is you have a choice as to how quick your rate of ascension will be.

Hi Brad,

Congratulations on the second cleanse, and here's to many more. It seems to me that you're doing so much good for your body at a relatively young age. I'm sure that in years to come, you'll look back and be content with the knowledge that you have complete control of your health.

Keep on at those 'habits', they can be history.
