This Dec 2007 cleanse that I just finished was great. I'm so happy I did it.:cool: :D ;)

I guess that is the reason I keep doing them at least twice a year... because each and every time I feel so happy after doing it.

I feel very clear minded... no inertia, which was kind of common to me this summer... just clear minded, knowing what I have to do and doing it at my pace and convenience. No procrastination... now who would have thought that cleansing out the bowels properly, avoiding food for a week, and juicing daily would give that, but it does!

Of course, I was doing a lot of other things that are specific to this program, HPS cleansers know exactly what they are so no need to expand on them here.

For those people who aren't yet doing the program, start soon, and you too will learn all the secrets.

Am following up in my post-cleansing according to the HPS protocols, and enjoying every minute, especially the body-energy work and the meals... good, wholesome nourishing meals, two bm's daily, harmonious energy flowing out from me and meeting head on the world around me... just lovely to say the least.

Jos-hua,

Your continuing support and leading by example of everyone here is testimonial enough, but those who are still wondering if this is the right choice to make know that the longer you wait the longer it is before you start to feel whole and healthy again.

I've been part of this community now for 5 years and at 58 can say without cleansing coming into my life I'm sure I wouldn't be doing half the things that have become so important to me such as my trade of roofing, skiing, (downhill, and cross country), dancing, hiking, backpacking, gardening and riding my motorcycle around the country....

There are no easy fixes, but this program comes as close to an easy safe fix to repair years of abuse and damage that accumulates from modern day excesses and living there is. I feel very good about being part of such a wonderful community as this and look forward to growing old with all who are here.

thanks guys, you guys are my hero's, my inspiration to forge on.

bottom line is my health is great and i can't for see it not staying that way to the day i die, but when i see you guys, and so many others active here, well, that gives meaning to it all... to all the effort, the energy, the love and patience invested in each and every HPS cleanser.

I rejoice in your rejoicing... and may all beings experience what we are experiencing, for surely, like us, their lives would be much much better.

Hey Jos-hua,

What's really inspiring to me (and it motivates me) is that you have maintained this kind of cleansing as a lifestyle for all these years and it's not a big deal. You didn't just do it 15 years ago for a year or so and think you were good to go for the rest of your life.

I've come to understand that cleansing a couple times a year and doing the other simple things associated with hps, is the best "medicine" available - no medical doctors, no hospitals, no drugs, no sick waiting rooms, no worrying about an unhealthy body, no spreading diseases, etc., etc., etc. - what more could anyone want in the area of health???

Just wanted to add my congratulations to you for your latest cleanse. I too am grateful to you for setting such a wonderful example to us all - HPS cleansers and those who have yet to take that first step. Most people (if not all) are looking for better solutions to their health problems, many have resigned themselves to their bad health, many others will spend fortunes looking for a cure, yet here at HPS almost anybody can take decisive action to improve their health and vitality simply following a structured, easy-to-follow program.

You have shown (and are continually showing) us how to take responsibility and continually progress to better health. You are a beacon for all who seek better solutions to their health concerns.
