My level 2 cleanse was a success on many levels. Getting in the practice, learning new techniques, stepping up the therapeutical practices, learning more about the body, mind, spirit in general and myself in particular have all been very beneficial.

Many of the chronic or recurring health challenges have improved as well.

1) Stomach sensitivity which a year ago was so intense I often times could not sleep at night has markedly improved to the point where I hardly ever think of it.

2) Skin clearer less flaky and sensitive.

3) Mucus congestion better. I believe lot of this too has come about because of better food choices and food combining techniques.

4) Regularity much improved. Greatly diminished odor/gas.

5) Emotional state more focused less sensitive. Learning to become less of a perfectionist and consequently less stressed.

I'm not looking for a quick fix but continued ascending good health which so far is what I’ve been experiencing. Besides that the cleansing journey at HPS is so very fascinating and enlightening not to mention fun.

Of course Jos-hua and everyone here at HPS make the entire journey very inviting and sustainably enjoyable for which I am very grateful. I'm already looking forward to my Level 3 cleanse!

I know what you mean... all the positive results; like fewer sick symptoms, the clean feeling inside, the energy burst, the desire for life, etc., etc., etc... all those just make you want to continue on to the next level asap. However, there's the post cleanse... time to let things work themselves out.

What a great system Jos-hua has developed for us. I know that on my own (being such a gung-ho person), I would have probably really hurt myself doing cleanse after cleanse after cleanse... But there's a wealth of wisdom and intelligence to access here, thank God (of course, thanks go to Jos-hua too), but I'm also continuing to thank God that I had the presence of mind to say yes to HPS cleansing!

I look forward to watching your continued progression at your post-cleanse thread.

Interestingly enough, it was one of the reason, I delayed doing my first cleanse for so long. I thought my stomach wasn't going to be able to tolerate it. I'm happy to say the opposite occured and my stomach has consistently improved.

In regards the new info on the HPS order page, I think there is good deal of correlation between building wealth and improving health. Both of which are an investment that if not properly nourished and if neglected can leave you broke in more ways than one. Having mentoring in both goals is also vital to future success. Very good analogy Jos-hua.

Dorothea, you're right, the post cleanse is a great time to let things work themselves out and as Jos-hua suggested I won't be in any hurry to jump into level 3 right away. Plenty of practices to master and learn already.

Congratulations John! I am happy to see all the positive results that you have attained. So many people outside the program have similar problems and try all kinds of things for relief. Just shots in the dark with little to no real effect for years. It is amazing the results of focused knowledge and dedication on these issues. I haven't been around for awhile but I am reacquainting myself with everybody's progress. Sorry we never got to meet in Denver like I wanted...that would have been fun.

Congratulations on the success of L2! I am facing the same sort of deal you are, by doing L2 over a year later. I was considering starting with L1 all over again because of all the bad habits I've picked backup. But after a little thinking, I think I'm just going to press on.

Glad to hear your stomach is doing better by the way, I remember how much of a pain in the ass that was to you. Good on ya for sticking it out! Just wanted to say "way to go" on your testimonial page...see you over in your post.

I never got around to your testimonial and have just read it now! I agree that it's a great testimonial and proves the success of the program. I'm glad you have experienced improvements in your health....especially the stomach issue!
