Hello everyone!

I finished my 7DW level 1 cleanse just over a week ago and I can tell you I am so happy and grateful that I have done it! I signed up for this cleanse kind of spontaneously, without reading any testimonials, something about it just seemed like the right move to make.

I can now say in retrospect that it was DEFINITELY the right move to make!

Initially, I thought the cleanse would bring me good physical changes, which is has, but what I didn't expect was the deeper mental and emotional positive changes.

Physically...
1) my weight has gone from 124 to 116
2) my sense of smell has increased soooo much
3) my sinuses are no longer congested
4) my skin complexion has improved
5) I feel light, good, kind of humming along through the day

But really folks, the most major pleasant change I am experiencing is in my mental and emotional states.
1) My mind is much quieter - I used to compulsively count the bathroom tiles - no more!
2) I have calm patience and acceptance in what previously would've been stressful situations (car breaking down, kid temper tantrums...)
3) I feel more unconditional loving acceptance in my relationships.
4) I have let go of some emotional things that had me tied up in knots for years!
5) I basically feel calmly, deeply happy most of the time. :) It's a REALLY nice feeling!

I realize this maybe sounds far-fetched or overblown to some readers, but honestly, there's a calm happiness running in me almost all the time now.

The program is very well organized. It is completely structured. There is no guesswork involved. Jos-hua has set out everything to be done, when to do it and how to do it.

Initially I was nervous about what to do, etc. but please - have no fear - it's all been set up for you.

Jos-hua's guidance, wisdom, support and unconditional acceptance have been very grounding and inspiring (both!) for me. Knowing that he has done so much cleansing himself and helped so many others cleanse really gave me confidence in the whole process.

Hello friends,

I had to end my initial testimonial rather abruptly, so I just wanted to finish with a couple more thoughts:

Jos-hua provides a huge amount of additional information before, during and after the formal cleanse through print and audio. This wealth of knowledge and the timing with which it is delivered were a key element to the ongoing ease of cleansing and invariable addressed my questions just at the time I was wondering them.

Allison, great testimonial. A couple of things kinda leapt out at me, one being where you notice the changes in your sense of smell. I had the same thing sometime soon after the first level or two, and I noticed additionally that not only had the sense sharpened overall for me, but also that things just smelled better, even foul or unpleasant odors were richer in a way and less revolting in many cases, very odd thing to notice, but that's what I found.

The second point requires a bit more setup:

Well of course it doesn't sound far-fetched to me ;), but one thing that needs mentioning here is that while this is a consistent effect of cleansing, the duration of it depends directly on how you continue your practice into the postcleansing.

What many of us eventually do is "prove" to ourselves through repeated cleansing, followed by a good start on the postcleanse, only to let it lapse after a few weeks, well as you can guess your nice emotional impertubability suffers and diminishes over time. You go through this cycle a few times and you begin to notice unmistakably the value of really doing your best in the postcleanse.

And on that note, congratulations once again on a very well-done week of formal cleansing. Now let's move on and hit the ground running with an even better postcleanse.

So glad to see your positive results! The emotion benefits seem very profound with you. The sense of calm, quiet, peace you have. You're such a warm, cheery person, getting the emotional benefits only seemed natural. You were open to receive it in other words.

I've been sticking to the plan in the postcleanse pretty closely, and when I do, all is well.

that's right, that is HPS cleansing... right there in a nutshell, isn't it?
I was just thinking about this yesterday... read an article in the paper about the DASH diet, which keeps strokes and heart attacks down, and I'm thinking, they just aren't getting the message across to people... it's not about fear, avoiding this or treating that... it's about doing what is right, what makes us feel better and good, it's about taking care of ourselves properly and not blindly believing a book or somebody else. :o :confused: :eek: :( :mad:

Through your practices here Allison, all of this will get reinforced much much more, trust me, much much more... so that by the end of the level 3 or 4, you really do have the knowledge and the SELF CONFIDENCE to take control of your health for a lifetime... and that is very very empowering.

the fact is... the system of health care that you and everyone else is / has been experiencing wasn't designed and didn't make any effort to teach you to develop the awareness, of what feels good and better in my body..

the system of conventional medicine in america and in the western world in general, is based on dependency...

THEY, doctors know best, WE, are dependent on their knowledge.

THEY, prescribe medications, drugs and surgery, WE, follow their advise blindly and succumb to being powerless, with no feeling, no awareness, no knowledge and no self confidence, without the skills nor accumulated experiences to take care of ourselves in a proper sane manner.

I mean, comeon, for example, seems to me succumbing to chemotherapy must be the epitimy of insanity...

only an insane, insecure, unhappy, and unknowledable person would say, yes, chemo me... nuc my body, yea, go ahead, destroy my cells with radiation ... comeon, only someone insane who doesn't feel their body, who has no knowledge or awareness of how the human body and human mind interact (the body mind connection) would say, yes, give me chemo.

in short, we become fearful and we live out our whole lives from that microscopic view of fear... rather than celebrating our existence and our lives, and expanding our existence and happiness, our security and fearlessness... we live in insecurity and fear, thinking believing as they have taught us, that our salvation is in their hands and in their pills rather than in our own hands, in taking personal responsibility for our health and well being.

no one never ever taught us how to take personal responsibility... so how in God's name can we do it if we never were taught and never practiced it?

it's a very narrow view, a very narrow approach, a very fearful experierence and way of living this dependency thing.
