Greetings -
I come to the HPS family on the heals of my dear husband Perry K's recent completion of Level One. I am joining Perry on this path to stay in harmony both in physical healing and spiritual growth.

Over the years I have known Perry, we have studied and applied many ideas / concepts to improve our overall health. Progress has been made, but the introduction to HPS and Perry's formal cleanse made us aware that we are at best novices. I can attest that the results of the cleanse have been amazing. Perry radiates health and inner peace.

My expectations are simple. I want to radiate health and improve my energy / stamina.

If I were to follow the path of my biological family, I would be coming to you with a laundry list of chronic concerns. With Perry's trail blazing toward life long health and rejuvination, I have already put athsma and early symptoms of arthritis behind us.:)

I am now ready to cleanse my system of the decades of negativity. I want to flush away the toxins built up in my organs that lead me to dwell in the mire. Emotionally, I have trouble staying happy and positive. I have many blessing in my life, but I still gravitate toward depression like a moth to light.

I absolutely believe that HPS cleansing will bring inner peace and harmony that I can not recall ever experiencing.

I want to conclude this brief intro with my favorite poem.

The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost
Two Roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth.

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same.

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,

I salute you... yep, I salute you... and why?

When you see the exciting results that Perry has achieved here, it's one thing to be happy for him, but it's a totally different thing to jump into the pool and swim with him.

On an individual level you'll profit too from your 7DW cleansing, let there be no doubt about that.

On a comradeship level your relationship will profit because as you already understand, you'll be in harmony both in physical healing and spiritual growth.

When one partner develops and continues to self develop, and the other stays the same, obviously, over time, under one roof this has to bring about some type of tension, either directly or on a sub conscious level.

I'm glad to see that won't be happening under your roof, and I salute you, and him! Perry is an asset here in our community- his openness, humor and active participation here has benefited us all.

Wishing you all the best Dorothy, I'm confident that you too shall realize great benefit from HPS guided cleansing... it is a process, not an event, please keep that in mind Dorothy. :D

Hi Dorothea, welcome aboard from another longtime HPS member! During Perry's time here it has been apparent that he's been getting terrific support at home, but as Jos-hua says with you here walking the same path you erase any underlying tensions that always arise when one is doing something major and substantial, and the other is not. You both have another major asset here that many couples do not, in that for many years already you've both done so much exploration together as partners. That spirit will serve you both immensely here--and all of us too!

Oh, hi again Dorothy!

I kind of welcomed you on the other thread, but welcome again!! I'm also very excited for you to be cleansing along the same path as your husband. I mean, how perfect is that!?! I'm secretly hoping that my spouse will join me some day... despite his long standing good health, age is creeping up and so are some health issues... we'll see. I'm not holding my breath, but I won't be surprised either.

Jos-hua and Stephen - - Perry is too much fun to be with not to chase him down the same trail. I wouldn't want to fall behind and miss out on the rewards of this adventure.

Richard - - We may not always approach the health improvement steps with the same level of enthusiasm, but we can certainly count on each other for support and encouragement. Perry has had awsome results!! We both work at visualizing and planning a harmonious life together. So here I am - -

Dorothea - - I have all belief that the results will be amazing. I live with a prime HPS testimonial. I have witnessed an amazing transformation. The improvements to Perry's mental and physical health are being noticed by alot of close friends.

Welcome to the community Dorothy! I too love the Robert Frost Poem. Whenever I read the last lines, it always tends to leave me with a few goosebumps.

I think it's absolutely wonderful that both you and your husband are on the same cleansing path. No one better to inspire you, motivate and encourage you to continue than your significant other. It'll be mutually beneficial for both of you and I'm sure it'll bring you closer together in the long run.

It sounds like you've been improving in your health for sometime now. This is the logical next step for you. Good things are right around the corner for you. Just have the courage to take the necessary steps.

What a positive introduction you have posted here. I'm just getting back into the flow of getting to know some of the new people joining hps. I have not really been involved with Perry's journey so far, so I will be getting to know you both along the way.

It seems you are already aware of many benefits that this cleansing program can offer so coupled in with your own self awareness I'm sure you will create better acending health-welcome.

I see the glowing health improvement demonstrated daily in Perry!!
It is reassuring to know that so many wonderful souls are cheering me on during the self discipline in the pre-cleanse and facing the challenges of the colonics days. Each of you must have had awsome results from HPS to be so positive and encouraging!!
For now I am in the attitude adjustment and initial preparation steps.

Hmm... When my children were little I called the big, long wooden spoon the "attitude adjuster." When in use, the kids responded to it very well indeed! Do you think I should lend Perry my wooden spoon? Hahahaha!

You're already here working on your precleanse, so your attitude is heading in the right direction.

Making progress. My official pre-cleanse starts tomorrow.

Next week I have to travel and work in three different loss sites. Extra planning required so I can be assured that I have alkaline foods with me to eat and plenty of water.

Welcome aboard. I think it's great that you and your husband have decided to embark on the same journey.

You are certainly correct in wanting to flush out body toxins and negativity. My experience with my Level 1 cleanse provided both results and then some.
