I enter into my level-2 cleanse having had great and ongoing success with my level-1. Energy levels have been super for the most part, mental alertness and focus good, digestion very good, and elimination great for the first several months but somewhat slowing down a bit now on month-4 of post L-1 cleanse.

Noting that eliminations have gone from 3 to 2-3 a day to 2 a day to 1-2 a day in spite of maintaining a pretty healthy intake of fruits, veggies, juices, and occasional lean meats I can see the need to keep, as best we are able, the schedule set forth in the HPS program.

Thus I prepare for the L-2, without further delay, to keep the cleansing process going while conditions are still good and reach the heights of health I’m sure we all joined HPS for and intend to achieve…

So far so good… I’m excited about heading into the next level and the expected and expected-unexpected benefits it will bring….

I thank all of you again that rode with through the first round and look forward to seeing you all during this trip… May it be of mutual benefit to us all.

…Onward. And thanks for having me…

Perry

Hey Perry, glad you have you around too. I know what it's like to get caught up in a maelstrom of work, it happens, but in the meantime there's been a marked difference in forum activity without you around so much--me too, I haven't commented much at all in a good couple of months.

Hopefully we can both make more of a presence here in the near term--I've surely noticed as you have that participation is a 2-way process, when I'm involved less my own practices suffer.

But anyway, good to see you back for the 2nd round. I know your dedication will reap big rewards with this level as with the last one.

Hey Rick & Janaka,

...I know what it's like to get caught up in a maelstrom of work...

…Yea I’m really juggling this one Rick with work…got a major project going but am driving myself and employees (as I’m sure they’ll attest to…) to get it done before the actual formal.

Took a bit of a fall last week and I think I either bruised the muscles internally or maybe cracked a rib…which has curtailed me a bit but I’m pushing it as much as possible….

So hopefully we can make more of a presence soon.

Perry, nice to see you moving forward with level 2.
Sorry I missed the first one, but I'll follow you through the 2nd.:)

Thanks Janaka, for stopping by and I truly welcome the follow through as I enter the precleanse…. …Will probably start it tomorrow to get a couple extra days in.

Hi Perry,

Good to read you.

Progressing step by step is how people transform their health, and lives.

No one ever started out life running a marathon, there was a lot of crawling at the beginning, then walking, then sprinting, and then marathons.

Your HPS-online.com 7DW level 1 cleanse was the crawl. (for the reader on the sidelines here is his summary of his 7DW level 1 cleanse (http://hpscleansing.com/group/showthread.php?t=3900))

That's where you learned how to crawl in cleansing, learning the basic skills, the basic techniques, the mind set, the
priorities and the strategies. That's where you developed some familiarity with the path.

Now, your 7DW level 2 is where we start the walking, and in your post-cleansing I expect to see some brisk walking, not olympian yet, but simply brisk.

Please do use this opportunity to *seriously* work with the materials which I supported you with in our private emails... now is the time to start with them. If you devote yourself as *seriously* to them, as you did to your 7DW level 1 post-cleansing, I can assure you the results will simply amaze you.

Wishing you all the best!

Peace,

Perry, so very glad to see you advancing in your cleansing journey!

Seems like, you've paid close attention to your body during and after the formal into the post cleanse. A level 2 cleanse as you mentioned may be just what you need to keep the momentum going, ingraining good habits into a lifetime of continuing great health.

So far so good… I’m excited about heading into the next level and the expected and expected-unexpected benefits it will bring….

Yes, and oftentimes it's been my observation that the unexpected benefits are the most beneficial and long lasting and when we let go of expecting one area or ailment to improve that is oftentimes when it finally does. In other words, we can't chase health we have to invite it to come to us.

I know your level 2 cleanse will be a great invitation!

Hey Joshua, Stephen, Bharat, Alan, and John,

I truly appreciate the comments and encouragement. Been working overtime trying to get the current work project completed…absorb as much of the L-2 material as I can and juggle several other things as well…. But I’m doing okay and on schedule for the most part.

Day-4 of my pre-cleanse and I hardly notice I’m on a pre-cleanse…. The BM’s aren’t what they use to be...1-2 a day and not as voluminous as I’d like to see. But my energy’s been good, brain still sharp, usually, and emotional state very good.

...

I just re-read my L-1 testimony…and got excited…

...wanted to wish you more success ...look forward to hearing more.

Good luck ...

Hey thank you Stephen…great to have you along for the ride…..

...Sorry to read about the injury :( , better now i hope.

Thanks Bharat. It seems to be improving...been using a heating pad on the area of injury and a little vibrating device to stimulate blood flow...at night. Seems like a good idea... It hurts when I laugh...interestingly everything's funny now.

...thanks for being here...

Thank you as well Alan…

...level 2 cleanse … may be just what you need to keep the momentum going...

Of that I have no doubt…the body’s been telling me it’s overdue for level-2….

To conclude…I’ve been leaning toward more mental work of late and sitting back so to speak and observing the results on the physical and/or material level. “Change your mind, change the world around you,” someone once said….
This new world’s kinda interesting…got a lot of exploring to do – have to get back to you with my findings….

Meantime…I thank you all again for hanging with me and all the support.

Good night Everyone,

Perry

Hope that rib is feeling better man.
