Hi Everyone

I'm David and I live and work in Washington. I completed my level 1 cleanse the first of January of this year. In my 40's now I've started noticing a number of friends coming down with cancers,heart disease and etc. I've decided I want to do what I can to prevent these as well as working towards a healthy and vibrant life. The guidance and support here is what convinced me to give cleansing a try and I'm glad I did. I look forward to doing a level 2 when I feel the time is right.

Hi David,

Welcome to the group. I can't believe how many people that I know or that my friends know, that are coming down with one kind of cancer or another.

I don't think people can afford to have a cavalier attitude about what foods they eat or the toxins in the environment anymore. Not if they want to be the least little bit healthy as they get older.
