Well I'm glad to be back. It's been about 18 months since I did level 1 and, frankly, as great as that clense was, I really let my work take over my life and, unfortunately, there wasn't much room for anything else for a long period. I apologize to everyone on this board for not being around during that period.

I work at home as a programmer, and I've been working on the same project for a couple years now. It's a personal project that pays nothing, so I'm in a constant stress situation between trying to gather enough side work to pay the bills, and trying to finish this huge program. So, I work every day. I take no time off for exercise or fun or whatever. Just day after day of waking up, programming, sneaking a few minutes for food/showering/laundry/going to the bathroom, and then, when I reach exhaustion--sleep.

This situation was my choice (bad or good) to sacrifice virtually everything else in my life in order to finish this project. Now, I really think that I'm at the point where I can start easing away from that schedule, and maybe try to start getting some balance in my very unbalanced life.

So, coming into Level 2, I have some work to do. I've waited too long between clenses. So my body and mind need a bit of time to get back in the swing of things. So I'm taking a longer pre-clense this time, and really trying to think this whole thing through a little better. Last time, it was more about physical health. This time, its about balance. I want to integrate this stuff into my head.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to this level 2 as the thing that will help me learn how to bring balance back to my mind and body.

Hi Andrew,

All work and no play makes Andrew a very dull boy!

Hi Andrew,

Maybe this will be like riding a bike. It will all come back to you. I will look forward to your level 2.

I almost wonder if this is not more like a level 1 since it has been a while since your first cleanse. I am not saying don't do level 2, but you might reconsider doing too long a preclease. It seems like it is harder to do and stick to a long precleanse. You might just focus on your precleanse for a week or 10 days and then jump into your formal. Then you can really consentrate (and dedicate yourself:) )to the post cleansing phase of the program.

This is what I would suggest. What do others think?

Take care,
Tisha

I agree with Tisha. I would think the 7 - 10 days is enough pre-cleansing at this point. You could always continue with that diet after the cleanse for another week as you move into a more regular diet.

Yeah....perhaps it is overkill. I am eager to start, and I have all of the stuff. I think I'm at the 7 day mark today, so maybe I should go in a day or two then. One question is do any of you have leftover Level 2 NetWonders? I started preclensing about the same day I activated the series, and it said to activate it 3 weeks before the start date.

Whaddaya say?

Hi Andrew,

Welcome back to the boards. It's hard at times to balance things but hopefully its now time to reflect and congratulations on continuing with the cleansing path.

With level 1 under your belt you know the drill and with each level psychological gunk gets dumped along with the mucoid plaque.

Take this time to concentrate on you and like-minded souls here who act from the heart for the greater good.

Bless you in finding your way,

Love Niamh

Hi Andrew,
Maybe you were too busy to do too much damange to your health with indulgences? Looking forward to your Level 2 progress. I am getting ready to think about level 2, so I am very interested in your progress. Your friend, Kay M

Hi Andrew!

Work? I know about this...Japan is where I live and work and workaholism is invented here. Everything is work and everything if it isn't is turned into "work". Have been there...

I just finished Level 2 and for a very busy person like you and I this will give you new tools to be more efficient, read me, trust me it is absolutely worth your money and effort.

Will be reading you

Cool.

By the way, Dirk, do you happen to play pachinko at all? This is a totally serious question.
