Hello everyone,

Time has gone by fast. I can tell I've learned much since my level 1. Many positive changes have occurred physically, mentally and spiritually.

My BM's are substantial and consistent every morning - sometimes twice a day, and my skin is soft and nice. Still trying to get rid of excess mucus in my nose and throat, but being off dairy has helped. Haven't had an allergy attack since my level 1.

Now seeing a DOM for the first time- with hopes to regulate my period as I haven't had one since going off the b.c. pill since level 1 cleanse. Also using non-toxic cleaners and products - experimenting a little with essential oils.

Desire to make and eat chocolate chip cookies is greatly diminished, and my body now craves good food for the most part -still struggling with overeating.

When I practice good eating habits, I'm happier, more focused on others and have energy. This has helped me face my emotional triggers for eating and character flaws. I'm coming to terms with loving myself and moving forward with balance and peace.

i'm in a good place to begin level 2 - I expect nothing but to move away from bad habits and embrace good in all areas of my life. I hope to focus on the present through this cleanse.

Thanks for reading! I value all of you, and rely on your support.

Your friend,
Michelle_M

Hi Michelle

Things really seem to be going the right way for you now. It' only going to get better as you continue.

That damn chocolate can taste so damn good once in a while, don't you think. ;)

Have a wonderful level2 cleanse!

Hi Michelle,

Congratulations on the progress you have made thus far. Level 2 will take you further along this great journey we are on. If your experience is similar to mine you will reach the point that chocolate will cease singing its siren song. The last time I took a bite of chocolate I spit it out. Way too sweet--blahhh.

Thanks for the support guys. It's interesting that you lost your taste for chocolate Jake. I took a handful of chocolate chips the other day and had close to the same reaction. It's just not as desirable anymore. Maybe someday I will spit it out like you. That will be the day of my arrival!!!

Thanks,
Michelle

Hi Michelle,

As far as moving forward goes - it sounds like you are halfway there and you know where you are going.

Chocolate has lost its appeal for me, too. I would much rather have dried apricots or dates.

Hi Michelle, I'm so glad to hear you are working with a DOM. That will make your post-cleansing more effective, in my opinion. I did the same thing with chocolate chips recently. Yuk! If I want a treat I'll have a date with some fresh-ground almond butter. Anyway, glad to see you moving onto level 2. Will be looking forward to your posts.

Love and light,
Sue s

Hi Michelle,

Glad to read that you are progressing on to level 2.

It is so fun to learn new things. I would suggest that you just experiment all you can with essential oils. They are still such an amazement to me.

(oil story) My 3yodd woke up Sunday with a sore ear and throat. I got out my lavender and Melrose(melaleuca and rosemary)oil and rubbed some around her ear. I also gave her a bath with peppermint oil for her fever. Since fever is the body's way of trying to burn off the toxins, I did not want to impede this if possible. I made sure she drank plenty of water, but did not eat much at all on Sunday. She was still feeling a little bad Sunday night. I had read about an antibiotic formula using the essential oils of lemon, mountain savory and oregano. I used only a third of the recipe (3 drops lemon, 3 drops mountain savory, and 1 drop oregano) since the full recipe probably would have been too much. I rubbed it on her feet when she went to sleep, plus I rubbed her ear again with lavender and melrose. She slept all night and the next morning, she said that her ear and throat did not hurt anymore. I love learning about essential oils and the power they have to heal.

I had just the opposite problem with my periods. They were very heavy. After two months using a herbal formula called Ultimate Immortals to support my liver, my periods evened out and were not heavy at all. I don't know if this is what you need, but I leaned that my liver and spleen were weakened and needed to be built up. I also learned that most people have this problem.

It sounds like you are doing the exact right things to move in a healthier direction. I have noticed cravings for things have diminished since my level 1 and even more since my level 2.

Good luck on your level 2. You will learn even more cool stuff on this level.

Love,
Tisha

What a treat to read your responses. Thanks for all the good advice and encouragement.

Tisha, I have four essential oils that I bought and I've been using them for massage and baths. I need to read more about them - something I know in time I will learn more about. Last night my son was up most of the night teething and I was out of the homeopathic teething pills - I thought about oils. Someday I will be able to use them effectively like you. Thanks for sharing your experience with them.
