Hi everyone,

My name is Vickie, I am married and have three children, two girls ages 12 and 14 who both share the same birthday as I do, and a son who has just turned 9.

I own a small business which I have run for the past eight years, and have just recently hired someone to manage. A husband and three children keep me busy enough.

I heard about hps from my sister-in-law. I had gone online and researched it a few months back and just wasn't really sure if I was ready to dedicate myself to this. After recently talking to her again and hearing how great she is feeling I decided this is the time!

I consider myself to be fairly healthy. I had a hysterectomy at age 32 and as a result take hormone replacement. I had never had a problem with my weight before the surgery, but now it seems to be an ongoing battle, and I seem to be losing.

I am excited and nervous at the same time. I know this is going to be a challenge and I look forward to having all of you to lean on.

God bless,

Vickie_F

Welcome, I know what you mean by having to think it over for awhile. Now that you've joined the group, you will find over & over you made the right decision. Not only for yourself, but as you progress and learn about what is presented, you will be very gratified you are making this journey. It is going to be an adventure! Good luck, Your friend, Kay M

Hi sister-in-law,

You decided to do it! I am so happy for you.

It will be nice to have someone else in the group that I know personally. I hope you can talk my brother into doing this as well.

Just follow the instructions to the letter and rely on the experience of Josh-ua and the group to help you. I am here for you whenever you need me.

Hi Vickie,

Welcome to the group! I'm sure that you too, will feel so much better after completing the cleanse.

That's something about the girls having the same birthday as you. You sure know how to time your deliveries!

Vickie,

Welcome to the group! You are definately making a positive choice to begin your cleansing journey. And, remember it is a journey - which takes time and effort! Just think, by making your decision, you will not only benefit yourself, but your children will also be influenced by your new committment. You have all the support you need here. Good luck! When are you planning to cleanse?

Hi Vickie,

Timing is central to so many decisions, isn't it? This is a great time to begin, because Spring IS A TIME of new beginnings AND it is warm enough to make the cleansing much more pleasant than during near 0 temperatures!

Welcome to our community of seekers!

Michelle,

I am planning to begin my formal cleanse on Wednesday the 9th of April. I will not get the net wonder with all of the specific directions until Thursday. If you can direct me, please do.

I am going out of town for Easter on the 17th, so I had to push my cleanse forward a day or two. I am going into the first day
blind.

Welcome Vickie!

You have come to the right place. It is wonderful that you have made a committment to your health. What a wonderful thing to model for your children.

Best to print out the netwonder stuff so that you have it to reference. You will be surprised to see how much stuff seems to be hidden in them that is only found after reading through several times.

Don't fear, you are up to the challenge. You have not gone into this without giving it serious consideration. You have nothing to worry about.

If you can get your hubby on board to support you extra during your formal, it will make your life all that much easier. No doubt you can handle things on your own, but being able to just fall out, let go of responsibilites and focus on your cleansing is optimal.

Love and light,
