Hello fellow cleansers,

Glad to be back, and eager to move on to the Level 2 7DW cleanse. This will be my second formal cleanse, as the Level 1 cleanse in January was my first.

I don't know where to start in terms of what and/or how my life has changed since discovering HPS online. I was amazed at the results of my Level 1, but did not anticipate that the effects would continue long after completing the 7 day juice fast/cleanse.

I'm happy to report that my lifestyle in general has become much healthier with very little effort. I find myself choosing alkaline foods for most meals and snacks. Of course there is the occasional poorly combined meal, but not very often. Prior to level one, almost every meal was one with improperly combined foods.

As a result, my energy level has consistently been higher, and many old aches and pains have disappeared. I haven't really gotten fully into deep breathing or the stretches yet, but maybe this time around I'll move more in that direction.

My weight has more or less remained constant for the past several months, and I have gotten beyond checking the scale everday. Maybe once a week these days, and then I don't worry about it like I used to. I'm confident that in time, all excess weight will drop as my overall health improves.

In general, I've found more enjoyment in my work, and in my leisure, whenever I have time for it! I somehow feel more alive these days; my mind is clearer, and I find that youthful enthusiasm has returned in my general outlook on life! I look forward to taking walks and other forms of exercise again, and it feels good to get this old body moving again!

Well, that's it for now. I look forward to posting here again, and to reading and learning more from others. Thanks for sharing your experiences; it has helped a lot!

Louis,

Sounds like you're in the same place I am as far as what the program has done for you. I too am not as concerned about weight as I used to be as I know eventually all my excess will drop if I continue my good habits. I don't weigh in very much either. Right now I'm pre-cleansing and feel good that I'm fine to pass up foods that aren't healthy.

Good for you to be moving forward and leaving bad habits in the past. I know this level 2 will be nothing but good for both of us. Happy cleansing!

Your friend,
Michelle_M

Louis,

Welcome to the next leg of your journey. Its good to hear the progress you have made with your new food choices. There is so much more to this program and you will find when you begin the exercising and deep breathing that you you will reach new vistas.

Hi Louis,

Level 2 will allow you to advance even farther on your cleansing journey. Not only physically, but emotionally. There is a peace and calmness that comes from getting rid of all the crud that we carry around inside.

Great for you for taking the next step. You will learn a lot more at each level.

Take care,
Tisha

Thanks Connie, Michelle, Jake, and Tisha!

Your support is much appreciated! From other posts I've read, the consensus seems to be that Level 2 is easier than Level 1.

Maybe I was lucky, but I thought my Level 1 was fairly easy; at least in terms of not feeling hungry, and not having any really difficult cleansing reactions.

I'm trying to be objective about this next step, and to not have any preconceived notions about what will or won't happen.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, I look forward to this next level, and to reading your posts regarding your own journey!

All the best,

Louis_C

Hey Louis!

I signed up for the other levels a couple days ago and await some sort of response. It is good to see you are moving forward and I am happy to hear about how well you took to the new habits from your level 1.

Love and light,
