Fran_D'A, Age 48. Advanced cleansing. 7DW Level 4, Intro

Hi All,

It's time to move on to Level 4! Originally, I had planned to wait until my vacation in August so I could enjoy a warm weather cleanse, but I have decided that I don't want to wait that long.

I will be 49 at the end of April, and since starting cleansing in December 2001, I am in the best shape I have been in for years. I have lost and kept off 28 lbs, and am wearing size 4 slacks, down from size 8. More importantly, I have more energy, sleep better, no longer suffer from constipation, and have gotten rid of terrible esophagus spasms I had for months. The last spasm was on December 18, 2001, during my first week of precleanse for level 1. My eating habits have improved tremendously, and I don't feel the least bit deprived. I do indulge in some bad foods occasionally, but it is by choice, which is far different than eating out of habit or compulsion. My husband of 24 years, and my two sons, ages 17 and 9, have been very supportive of my cleansing efforts, so have my 4 siblings. It really helps.

My products and books are ordered and I'm awaiting arrival of my new Green Star juicer. All the recent talk of juicers made me realize that my Juiceman Jr, which served me well for 3 levels, is ready for retirement!

I will start my precleanse on April 2nd and the formal on April 16th. I am looking forward to becoming a Master Faster.

I look forward to following your progress. It is so great that you have had the support of your family. That makes a big difference. I don't know what I would have done without my family supporting me during my cleanses and all of the other changes that I have put into practice around our house.

I'm with you on the eating habits. I much prefer healthy food, but if I do choose to eat something just for fun, I know it is my choice.

I'm glad to read how cleansing has enhanced your quality of life.

I read your intro with interest and surprise. It just seemed like you had already achieved Master Faster status since you are so knowledgeable and support of us all. It is great that your family is behind you all the way. They have seen the benefits that your new lifestyle has brought you all.

Has your new juicer arrived? I hope so, since this is Day 4 of your Pre-cleanse.

The reason several people think you already are a Master Faster is because your intention and visualization is already there and that is the precurser of the physical manifestation.

The new juicer arrived yesterday, but it requires some assembly which I haven't been able to get to due to some committments. I'm hoping to test it out tomorrow and my husband is looking forward to some juice too.

You are pointing the way in a direction I also want to go with as many as possible.

I am dreaming of attending a Master Fasters' Gala Evening one day where Masters Fasters from all over the world are enjoying their fruit and vegetable juices.

Hi Fran,
I, too, was surprised to read an intro to level 4. I remember the help that you were to me and Pat when we were cleansing. Everything was so helpful that I thought you were at a level 4 then. Thank you for being there.
I have just gotten a chance to read and catch up with some of the posts in a while. Things have been very busy and I have had to neglect the cleansing community. Sorry for being so late, but hope all goes well with the cleanse.

Hello Fran! Like many of the others, I was also surprised to see you doing Level 4. Somehow I thought you had already completed all 4 Levels.

Your wisdom, support and encouragement for all of us in the community is wonderful and appreciated.

I know how important it is to have family support when on the cleansing path. I don't think I would have been able to do this cleanse if Saurabh were not right along beside me.
