Hello Fellow Cleansers,

As I write this intro, I find myself grappling with some guilt that I have not been able to participate since January. I have been inundated with tons of work and heavy family issues. Fortunately, everything has smoothed out and just in time too! Its time for my Level 2!

My Level 1 was completed in November and I had intended to do my next level in January. I was so surprised when my business just became so busy! Being self employed, you take what you can get and other things had to be shelved temporarily. I was traveling to the West Coast every other week and the schedule was grueling. Up at 6 am and to bed after 11. I just didnt have the brain power left at the end of the day to sit and do more computer work. I barely returned personal emails. I really didnt want to wait this long but this week is the first week I can take off and I know how important it is to take these 7 - 10 days for yourself with minimal outside hassles.

I absolutely loved my Level 1 cleanse and I said so in my testimonial. My IBS is gone, the desire for fruits and veggies high on my favorite food list, my energy level is so much better than pre-Level one cleansing and my skin is still reaping the benefits of the cleanse. During Level one, I stopped my thyroid meds but stupidly did not try to replace them with something herbal so my hair started to fall out because my levels went so low. I went back on the meds but guess what? I am getting by on half the dose of before!! That says something really important to me. I am definitely taking the steps to create the causes and conditions of a healthy body with these fasts and cleanses and Im not stopping until Im as clean as I can get.

The hardest part is of post cleansing is keeping up the daily food combining. I do fall off track every now and then but I know when I do, I am extra good for the next few days! Still, those "no-no" foods do tempt!!!

My hopes for this Level 2 is get even more junk out than the first time and to take this next week or so to spend time with just me. No clients, no kids (just a truly fabulous hubby). I let out a big sigh just thinking about it. Doing the pills are my least favorite of anything about the cleanse but hey, this will be over before I know it and I'll be looking back and marveling at how fast it went.

Well, guess that's it. Im so behind with other things I have to do for the formal I start tomorrow. Thanks in advance for the wonderful support and friendship. I will be checking in every day!

Peace,
Debbie

I meant to tell you all that I find the book that comes with the Level 2 cleanse completely fascinating. I think I will rank it in my top 5 books ever. In my Level 1 cleanse I mentioned that I felt drawn to cleansing the same way I felt drawn to Reiki. I am now a Reiki Master and I cannot begin to tell you how this has impacted my emotional and spiritual life. From Reiki I was drawn to Therapeutic breathing - another avenue to deal with emotional issues that bind, clog and otherwise disable your life.

When I read that emotional issues become stuck in mucoid plaque, it just totally confirmed what I have always believed. My very first time on the board, when the water hit my colon, I became so enraged, I wanted to hit something.

Since that time I have learned I have an emotional blockage in my small intestine that relates to my father and how I was raised. I feel so very blessed to have been drawn to cleansing because I am now convinced that this is just one more way to clear out the things and issues that have to be dealt with. Between Reiki, the breathing and the cleansing I am positive I am on the right path. I am determined to heal myself physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. Level 2 is the next step!

I just wanted to express my thanks to Jos-hua for facilitating this program and for his support and advice. I know I can get where I want to go with all of you behind me.

THANK YOU with Love,
Debbie

Hi Debbie,

Welcome back! You sure have been busy! Since my Level 3 in December, I have had several Reiki sessions and have read 2 Reiki books. I will be taking a class at the end of May and am really looking forward to it. I think it will be a powerful adjunct to the cleansing path. All this new stuff is really fascinating!

Good for you Fran and Im so excited to read about your new level cleanse! Reiki is an absolutely wonderful tool for bringing energy and healing into your body and others. Im so glad you are taking your Reiki I (I assume) class. The attunements you get really make a huge difference in your personal journey - emotionally and spiritually.

I know you will just love what it can do for you and others!

Peace,
Debbie

Hi Debbie,

It's good to have you back. Maybe there's a strong energetic connection with cleansing and reiki because I too wanted to do to a course but it was being when I'm away. I'm heading off to Brazil on Thursday for a hike for charity!

I wish you ever increasing health and I look forward to your posts.

Love Niamh

Wow, you have been very busy! The great thing is that you seemed to have stayed right on top of your goals for self healing and haven't really missed a beat. Good for you. Will be looking forward to your cleanse.

Hi Debbie,

You'll enjoy Level 2 this month more than you would have in January, when it was so cold!

It was a Reiki treatment that led me to cleansing! That's when I was told that my colon "was full of toxicity." Which ever experience leads to the other isn't important - just how far down the path to optimal health we can go, using as many tools as we can. You're definately on the right track.

Best wishes,
Joanne

Hi Debbie!

Sometimes it is good to fall a few steps back in order to jump better. Indeed, on a cleaner body, medication works better and faster, that is also my experience.

As for energy work, a cleaner body means a better means of transportation of "ki", I remember Joshua saying somewhere.

I have finished the Level 2 recently and have found it much easier than my Level 1. At the same time it made me realize there is still a lot to clean up. Feel free to pick my brains.

I will be reading you on the road, all the best!
