Hello Fellow Cleansers,
As I write this intro, I find myself grappling with some guilt that I have not been able to participate since January. I have been inundated with tons of work and heavy family issues. Fortunately, everything has smoothed out and just in time too! Its time for my Level 2!
My Level 1 was completed in November and I had intended to do my next level in January. I was so surprised when my business just became so busy! Being self employed, you take what you can get and other things had to be shelved temporarily. I was traveling to the West Coast every other week and the schedule was grueling. Up at 6 am and to bed after 11. I just didnt have the brain power left at the end of the day to sit and do more computer work. I barely returned personal emails. I really didnt want to wait this long but this week is the first week I can take off and I know how important it is to take these 7 - 10 days for yourself with minimal outside hassles.
I absolutely loved my Level 1 cleanse and I said so in my testimonial. My IBS is gone, the desire for fruits and veggies high on my favorite food list, my energy level is so much better than pre-Level one cleansing and my skin is still reaping the benefits of the cleanse. During Level one, I stopped my thyroid meds but stupidly did not try to replace them with something herbal so my hair started to fall out because my levels went so low. I went back on the meds but guess what? I am getting by on half the dose of before!! That says something really important to me. I am definitely taking the steps to create the causes and conditions of a healthy body with these fasts and cleanses and Im not stopping until Im as clean as I can get.
The hardest part is of post cleansing is keeping up the daily food combining. I do fall off track every now and then but I know when I do, I am extra good for the next few days! Still, those "no-no" foods do tempt!!!
My hopes for this Level 2 is get even more junk out than the first time and to take this next week or so to spend time with just me. No clients, no kids (just a truly fabulous hubby). I let out a big sigh just thinking about it. Doing the pills are my least favorite of anything about the cleanse but hey, this will be over before I know it and I'll be looking back and marveling at how fast it went.
Well, guess that's it. Im so behind with other things I have to do for the formal I start tomorrow. Thanks in advance for the wonderful support and friendship. I will be checking in every day!
Peace,
Debbie
