It's been a few weeks since I finished my level 1 cleanse so I thought it was time to write a testimonial. I was worried right after the cleanse because I was feeling really weak and disoriented and my digestion was unsettled.
But since then my health seems to have settled down nicely. I am feeling "normal" for the first time in years. My sinus problems have basically disappeared after years of giving me trouble. The red blotches on my skin that seemed to come and go have gone for good it seems. I feel good when I wake up in the morning now instead of feeling completely drained and tired with bloodshot eyes and dizziness.
After seeing what came out of me during my cleanse I am not surprised I feel better, but I am amazed how many symptoms seemed to have been caused by this crap in my gut. Incredible that doctors have no clue about this and its effect on health. I remember a doctor telling me that he has elderly patients that haven't had a bowel movement in weeks and it doesn't effect their health!
