Hello All,
It's been a couple weeks since my formal cleanse so I should fill you in on what's going on.

After the cleanse, I generally feel better, have lost weight, and have had no problems with digestion whatsoever. I've also for the most part been following the precleansing diet except for some cheating with chocolate, cheese and other stuff. The diet and cleanse haven't really helped at all with psoriasis. It's about the same as it was before. I guess I shouldn't expect results too soon, since cleansing is a long-term activity.

Sterioids were the cause in the deterioration of my condition, but it has been 8 months or so since it started getting worse. Oh well, I'll keep trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle and I have a feeling that eventually my health will improve. Thanks again for the support.

Take care,
Diogenes

Thanks for your testimonial.

You are right to say that cleansing is a journey. You may have excellent results from one cleanse, but then again, it may take several cleanses to clean out the crud that has been hanging around. The psoriasis, even though you have had it for a while, may be manifesting itself in a healing reaction.

You have started the wheels of cleansing. As long as you continue you will have good days and bad days. Probably more bad days at first while your body is trying to more thouroughly cleanse. Just continue doing what you know is right about eating and exercising and the other things you have learned here. I know that in time you can not help but see the progress you will make towards a healthier you.

Take care,
Tisha

I agree with Tisha. You know the wisdom of the path. Don't get discouraged if you don't see the progress as you expect to see it. It will all come in god's time so long as you stay the path.

Also, you may want to look at eliminating wheat in your diet. Many have skin reactions to wheat products.

Love and light,

Diogenes,

They are right. A progress, sometimes a bit slow for our desires, but fortitude will pay off. I must say that after my level 1, the results were less than I had hoped for, even though I was trying so hard not to have expectations, and I went through a sort of questioning period-is this really for me, can this work? YES!!!!
Something told me to keep going and I can say 4 weeks now after my Level 2, that this is definitely the way to go. Do I have the ideal health I want? No, but I am so much closer and so much happier for being on the path.

Cheers to you! Tina A
