It has taken me a long time to get around to writing this testimonial!

Let me start by saying that I have been a slave to white sugar and chocolate for my whole life. I lived at times for sugar. Yet, this and dairy products have taken a toll on my body.

Pain in joints, tiredness in the middle of the afternoon, headaches upon waking in the mornings, heart palpatations, urinary tract infrections, weight gain to the point of being unhealthy and unattractive, and post nasal drip are some of the nuicances endured for my high on sugar and caffein lifestyle.

On this second 7DW cleanse, level 2, I did not lose as much but am delighted to be able to say that I have stayed between a six and eight pound loss. I am finding that I not only do not crave these foods as I use to but even find them distasteful when I do decide to try some. I am much more finding myself, when trying something unhealthy, thinking of it as poisoning my body. It then becomes very unwanted. I even feel very good about deciiding to spit it out or throw it away.

I am enjoying the feel and look of my new body. For the most part, I feel as if I have more energy now but then I always have more energy when the days are longer.

The walking is continuing. The business and stresses of work continue. However, I am exploring some possibilities in the job area. In other areas I am removing myself from obligations so that I can carve out more time for myself and my husband.

Along with cleaning out my colon and re-energizing my body by doing so, I am also having some chiropactic work done on my spine to get more energy flow going. I am going to a chiropactor unlike any I have had in the past. I am having less pain in my back and people have commented on how much straighter I am standing!!! I have hope of eventually having a straight back again instead of the awful hump I have been living with.

All of this together is very encourageing and I thank my heavenly Father for showing me these opportunities to make positive changes in my life.

Cleansing the colon isn't the only thing that happens with HPScleansing. It has many rammifications in many areas of life.

May you all take a good look at yourselves and dare to try something new. I can't believe you will be sorry you did.

Linda-

That was a beautiful testimonial. I too struggle with sugar and caffeine addiction. It means a lot to see someone turning a corner with it. I have also experienced getting my body in a cleaner state and those cravings fall away, which really says something about how foreign it is to our bodies.

Many thanks and the best of luck to you-
Amanda S.

Namaste Linda,

As you know I usually don't comment on anyone's testimonial... or rather I purposely don't... for the simple reason that I don't want anyone to think that their testimonial is more important than someone elses... each is unique... each represents that persons thoughts at that specific moment. So I leave them authentic and non edited,,, just now and then i might change the title, taking out a few words from within the title and putting them after the words testimonial... the reason I do that is to try and make the testimonial inspiring for others, to help others... at the end of the day, the testimonial is the same, with or without the change of titling.

I know and all of us HPS cleansers know how much difficulty you had in this last cleanse.... no need to expound upon that here, it is all written in your formal and post-cleansing folders at the approrpriate forums.

Therefore I want to thank you for this testimonial and for being here. I rejoice in your rejoicing.. and appreciate your capacity to differentiate between a moments experience and a movement in a direction... I must admit for a moment I thought maybe in light of that experience you might start to think the movement is not in a safe and positive direction... so I rejoice now, that you rejoice.

Wishing you all the best Linda in your transformation journeys... my prayers and blessings are with you. With time, and more body work, and more cleansing that back will be different than it was 2 years ago... lets continue forward!

Peace
