It has taken me a long time to get around to writing this testimonial!
Let me start by saying that I have been a slave to white sugar and chocolate for my whole life. I lived at times for sugar. Yet, this and dairy products have taken a toll on my body.
Pain in joints, tiredness in the middle of the afternoon, headaches upon waking in the mornings, heart palpatations, urinary tract infrections, weight gain to the point of being unhealthy and unattractive, and post nasal drip are some of the nuicances endured for my high on sugar and caffein lifestyle.
On this second 7DW cleanse, level 2, I did not lose as much but am delighted to be able to say that I have stayed between a six and eight pound loss. I am finding that I not only do not crave these foods as I use to but even find them distasteful when I do decide to try some. I am much more finding myself, when trying something unhealthy, thinking of it as poisoning my body. It then becomes very unwanted. I even feel very good about deciiding to spit it out or throw it away.
I am enjoying the feel and look of my new body. For the most part, I feel as if I have more energy now but then I always have more energy when the days are longer.
The walking is continuing. The business and stresses of work continue. However, I am exploring some possibilities in the job area. In other areas I am removing myself from obligations so that I can carve out more time for myself and my husband.
Along with cleaning out my colon and re-energizing my body by doing so, I am also having some chiropactic work done on my spine to get more energy flow going. I am going to a chiropactor unlike any I have had in the past. I am having less pain in my back and people have commented on how much straighter I am standing!!! I have hope of eventually having a straight back again instead of the awful hump I have been living with.
All of this together is very encourageing and I thank my heavenly Father for showing me these opportunities to make positive changes in my life.
Cleansing the colon isn't the only thing that happens with HPScleansing. It has many rammifications in many areas of life.
May you all take a good look at yourselves and dare to try something new. I can't believe you will be sorry you did.
