Hello! My name is Alan and I'm extremely excited about the whole cleansing experience!
Who am I? I'm the average white guy who eats too much greasy, cheesy, meaty, sour-cream dripping food along with all the beer possible. I used to be good at sticking with a good exercise program, but with work and some added responsibilities at home, it's one of the first things that drops off of my to do list.
I have felt great and have had no physical problems until recently when, after about a three mile run, I felt terrible. I had excruciated pain in my left abdomen area and could hardly walk without gasping for air for a few days. I went to the doctor and he prescribed me some fiber and some other digestive aids and sent me on my way.
I was a bit vocal about my issue. I don't like to say I complain, but I guess in this case I was. A friend of mine had taken part in the cleansing and suggested I look at the website and see what I thought. I can tell you, when I saw the pictures of what could possibly come out of me, I was motivated! I can predict that it will be ugly.
What are my goals here? #1 is to eat better. I suppose I could do that, but after the cleanse, I am optimistic that I will naturally want to eat a lot better. #2 is to lose a bit of weight and get some of my definition (although minimal) back. And #3, as a result of the first two, just feel better and be more energetic. I really used to be, and I'd like to get that back.
So, to all, greetings, and thanks for reading this!
