Hello! My name is Alan and I'm extremely excited about the whole cleansing experience!

Who am I? I'm the average white guy who eats too much greasy, cheesy, meaty, sour-cream dripping food along with all the beer possible. I used to be good at sticking with a good exercise program, but with work and some added responsibilities at home, it's one of the first things that drops off of my to do list.

I have felt great and have had no physical problems until recently when, after about a three mile run, I felt terrible. I had excruciated pain in my left abdomen area and could hardly walk without gasping for air for a few days. I went to the doctor and he prescribed me some fiber and some other digestive aids and sent me on my way.

I was a bit vocal about my issue. I don't like to say I complain, but I guess in this case I was. A friend of mine had taken part in the cleansing and suggested I look at the website and see what I thought. I can tell you, when I saw the pictures of what could possibly come out of me, I was motivated! I can predict that it will be ugly.

What are my goals here? #1 is to eat better. I suppose I could do that, but after the cleanse, I am optimistic that I will naturally want to eat a lot better. #2 is to lose a bit of weight and get some of my definition (although minimal) back. And #3, as a result of the first two, just feel better and be more energetic. I really used to be, and I'd like to get that back.

So, to all, greetings, and thanks for reading this!

Welcome Alan, you have come to the right place!

You most certainly can acheive all of your goals and more by following the guidelines of the program.

No doubt you have lbs of nastiness in your body just waiting to get out! If not on your first cleanse, then on some subsequent cleanse...but one way or the other, this path will surely give you the health you want.

Love and light,

David_T

Hey Alan, you couldn't have made a better choice with fasting. I agree with you, you'll probably drop all kinds of stuff you don't want or need. And your other goals fall right in line with the program, too.

Best of luck,

Rick

G'day Alan.
I'm also a greasy food and beer man about to embark on my first cleanse. Likewise, no real health problems and try to keep in shape, playing sport and running a couple of times a week. But I think I know what you mean when you say you just want to feel better. Haven't started the pre-cleanse yet so the best I can offer is welcome mate.
cheers Mike

Thanks everybody, thanks Mike. Yep, I just feel lathargic and almost like I am turning into a slug!

Cheers! Good luck! See ya!

Hey Alan!

You've come to the right place. Your diet sounds like what I used to binge on and I too had abdominal pain. I can safely say no more ab pain thanks to my cleanse. And yes, the stuff that will drop out of you will be ugly, but you'll be glad it's gone.

I didn't mention that I used to drink a lot of beer... being a home brewer and all;)

I also ate lots of greasy foods, lots of McD fries and such. I don't have much of a taste for that any more.

Anyhow, know that you can be whatever you choose.

Love and light,

David_T

Hi Alan,

Like you, I used to indulge in all the wrong foods except beer. Never developed a taste for it, but I do enjoy wine every so often. This program will help you accomplish your goals. You learn so much about yourself from the inside out that it is almost impossible not to have a transformation.

Welcome and good luck with the program.

Thanks everybody!

I received part of my equipment Friday. I'm pretty excited about starting the pre-cleanse Friday (16 May).
