Hi Fellow Cleansers!

This is the third time I write an introduction and a lot has changed in my health and energy so far.

Changes for the better I previously thought were impossible! Really!

Because I have to admit it: I thought I was going to settle for "managing" my health problems with the products of GlaxoSmithKline for the rest of my life...

I had major improvements from my Level 1 Cleanse. I almost thought that was it!

Weight got back under control and I recently ran 5 km without getting out of breath. So what do you want more? Vibrant health! Yes, nothing less than that.

Having suffered from an asthmatic condition (on and off) for more than 30 years there was -of course, a lot more to clean out.

In the mean time, through the excellent reading list -the right book at the right moment and the focus on practice I have learned a lot.

What I have learned and how it affects me I would like to share with you on this board. This is a wonderful place where every comment and posting helps us all.

I realize there is still a lot to be cleaned out. After solving weight and breathing problems; I am also astonished at what the whole cleaning process does on the level of emotions and the thinking process.

I am curious about what the outcome of this is going to be...hope to read you all on the road to vibrant health. This is the road. Thanks to Joshua for putting the signs up :-)

Hi Dirk.

Yes, this is the road to health. Do you agree that from the time you started to travel down this road by doing your first cleanse, reading the books, learning how to breathe, how to eat, how to reach more of your potential for being a happy, well-adjusted person, your life hasn't been the same? Cleansing opens our eyes and minds to "new ideas", including a body of health wisdom much of which has been around for thousands of years ... just pigeon-holed by modern society.

Your second cleanse only confirmed the value of your first cleanse ... more good results, reaching an even higher plateau of health ... or you wouldn't be here now. So here you are, ready to take the next step. Good for you!

Love and light,

David_M

Hi Dirk-

I am so glad I found your post, it was very inspiring and confirmed what I know to be true about cleansing. It also helped me because I am just starting my first cleanse (May 30th) and you've given me a good perspective with which to approach it.

I can't wait to hear of your further progress. Fascinating and awe-inspiring isn't it??

Best wishes on everything-
Amanda S.

Good luck with your Level 3. I'm looking forward to my own...so it'll be interesting to watch you go through it all.

Glad you got off of the pharmaceuticals. The more I learn from Jos-hua, the less relevant they seem to be.

Congratulations!

Good morning cleansing friends!

It's a lot of fun and a real pleasure to start one's morning reading/feeling everything here on this page, from everyone.

What a wonderful way to start my day... it's bright, slightly not cool, a little warmish outside, as I sit in the Internet cafe overlooking a beautiful gardened flowery courtyard (of the colonial type) and super charged orange and pink, and purple flowers (mostely beautunia's i think) being watched over by a 2 meter light blue medicine buddha statue, under the gaze of the two middle aged fig trees, I wish you all the very best and happiness. Thanks for trusting, thanks for practicing, thanks for being here, writing and sharing with us all. Thanks for making my morning so delightful and allowing me to rejoice in your rejoicing of better health and more happiness in your life. Thanks again.

Peace
