At Last! Level 4!

Its been a wonderful life changing journey to bring me here to level 4. I'll give you a brief overview.

It began in Oct. 01 when I "found" hps online by "accident" as I searched for juicer info on the web. At that time I was bound in a painful and very expensive disease called Rheumatoid Arthritis. Jos-hua helped me to have the courage to give up all the medications before the first cleanse. The level 1 began the process of removing the toxic condition that caused my disease. Jos-hua wonderfully supported my fledgling status and got me to the level 2 and I continued the progress of creating the conditions for my body to reclaim health. I've done 2 level 3 cleanses and my health continues to improve. It hasn't always been easy but I can't say that has been really hard either. When I think of how much my life has changed because of hps I am overwhelmed with gratitude because I now have the freedom in my body that I did 20 years ago and I know that if I had continued with the way I was I would probably be in a wheel chair by now. Instead I just purchased new hiking boots and a backpack!!!!

Now it's time to move on to the level 4 and more water fasting. Level 3 has prepared me for this....I think. We'll see.

I've been on the precleanse diet for a couple days now so I'm on my way. I'm planning to do the fromal cleanse during the first week of June.

Love to you all,

Pat

Pat,

I have tear in my eyes as I read your post. You are truly an inspiration to me. Your story is one which I will use to help inspire others that are currently resigned to poor health and feel that I am not one that can relate to their position.

Thank you for your contribution to our group.

Love and light,

Pat -

I too am so inspired by your story. Rheumatoid arthritis is incredibly painful and debilitating. For you to now be purchasing hiking boots and a backpack!!!!! That's incredible :D !!! I wish you the best on your Level 4 and look forward to hearing of your continuing great health.

If only all those who suffer like you did could know? I feel such a responsibility when it comes to that, maybe that's why I'm headed where I am. I'll get the word out :D .

Best wishes on everything----
Amanda S.

P.S. I apologize for all the exclamation marks...just so exciting to read your story.

Hi Pat. It's good to see another veteran come back to start level 4. It seems as if some of the most interesting things can happen at the last, and as the others have mentioned, it's definitely inspiring to read firsthand how far the repeat offenders here have come since they signed up for their first fast. So power to you. I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes.

Hi Pat,

You've come such a long way with your health, and now hiking boots! I'd venture to say you've developed a zest for life that just wasn't there at the start, when the arthritis was going strong. Looking forward to your observations during and after Level 4.

Love and lignt,

Pat,
Reading how far you've come since joining HPS is such a good reminder for me why I keep going. You're right - it's not always easy, but looking back, it's not all that hard either. Thank you for your post. Happy pre-cleanse!

Hi Pat,

Happy to see you're doing so well. Did I read that right? You did two level 3 cleanses? Wow. Keep up the great work.
I started level 3 this past Saturday and hope to do 10 days. So I guess I'll be wrapping mine up when you start.
I look forward to your posts...................joy
