Hello everyone,

First, I apologize as I thought I already posted my testimonial the first week of April - now I see it's not here. Am I loosing it?

I have had very subtle changes since I began cleansing Jan 2003, but looking back my progress is monumental.

1. I have large BM's every morning and they drop effortlessly. I also notice how food affects my body and digestion.

2. I no longer think about, make, and eat chocolate chip cookies!! This alone is worth all my efforts, as I was truely addicted.

3. I'm not obsessed with my weight and the scale anymore. I'm now more focused on my energy levels and feeling at peace. My inner struggles with "not being good enough" are finally diminishing!

These are just a few examples of how I'm progressing and becoming more healthy. After level 2, I feel like there is no turning back as I know too much! I now have vision, and see that cleansing takes time.

After five months of skin brushing, I can see that I have nicer skin. After five months of paying attention to how food affects me, I've been able to control my mood swings. After reading so much and applying healthy habits, I no longer mindlessly eat after dinner.

I'm not saying by any means that I've abandoned my bad habits, but I'm certainly getting better. I think participating and reading about others on the cleansing board has been the key to my success. Thanks to you all, and especially to Jos-hua!

Happy cleansing,

Michelle_M

Healthier skin, improved bowel performance, wiser nutritional decisions, higher self-esteem ... so many benefits from just two levels. Even so, I'm sure you could name some more benefits, Michelle, if you gave it some thought. You've achieved solid results that have proved to you the value of following cleansing principles.

One thing about Jos-hua's program, he's provided an abundance of information for us to digest and apply. Look how far ahead you are already, and you've really only just begun. Enjoy your gains, Michelle, and build on what you've learned and accomplished.

Michelle,

Good for you. You have made a lot of progress.

I know exactly what you mean about there being no turning back. It's hard to imagine (though not impossible) going back with the knowledge we have now. I guess I work at not regressing, because everyday something reminds me of how I used to feel.

Michelle, monumental it is!!!! Do you remember yours and Kays very first steps here at HPS, when just starting the Level 1??? I do... and your first Level 1 post-cleansing post. Help? I do.

This is quite wonderful to read Michelle.

I rejoice in your empowerment....

Please work these next few weeks dillegently with the Chakra material of Carolines, sent to you in Level 2.... now.
Many questions were posed there at each chakra. It's time for some serious contemplations.

No doubt, there is no going back... the discovery has been simple... YOU can, on YOUR own, change and sustain better health. It is possible, it isn't all that hard, and the results are satisfying, sweet and quite evident... and mind you, that pertains not only in your bm's. :D

It really is inspiring for me to read again and again your testimonial... blessing Michelle.

Wishing you all the best. Forge on cleansing friend!

Love and light, jos-hua

Thank you for all your comments and encouragement. Jos-hua, it's interesting that you recommend looking into the Chakra info. I was doing just that a few days ago - and of course, since you mentioned it, I will continue. Reading through the questions and really putting some thought into it all takes time and energy, but is certainly essential to making progress and understanding patterns of behavior and dx. Thank you a million times.
