I want to take time to tell you the wonderful news that I have learned over the last two months.

I will begin by telling you a little about myself. I am a forty- two year old woman. I spent my twenties and early to mid thirties as a physically active woman. I never had to watch my weight, so as a consequence I have never had good eating habits.

In my late thirties after a complete hysterectomy I started gaining weight at a rate that concerned me. I also lacked the energy levels that I enjoyed most of my life. My health was slowly deteriorating as I sat there watching it go.

I started having severe stomach problems that were later diagnosed as irritable bowel syndrome and GERD. I was given two prescriptions and sent on my way.

In the meantime, I also developed high blood pressure and was given two pills for that. I watched my eldest sister die of ovarian cancer eleven years earlier at the age of 34, watched my youngest sister battle and recover from Non- Hodgkin’s lymphoma at 33. Now my middle sister has pancreatic diseases, which is caused by excessive use of alcohol and when I am unfortunate enough to do so, watch my brother struggle with alcoholism. I also have cravings for wine, so I worry about alcoholism. I have a younger brother that was diagnosed with bone cancer and then killed in an auto accident. The alcoholism and cancer scared me a lot. I was determined not to live with or worry about either.

I started searching for something that would help me with my stomach problems and found much more.

I was very excited when I read all of the claims made in the testimonials.

A part of me was skeptical, yet another part of me was desperate enough to undertake something that quite frankly put me off and scared me a little - colonics.

I started the program ready to do whatever necessary to change my life.

I was into the pre-cleanse only one week when my cravings for certain foods and alcohol were gone. My physical energy levels were up as well.

After completing the first leg of the program, my stomach problems are a thing of the past. My blood pressure is down and I no longer take any prescription medications.

I am down two clothes sizes and look and feel great. I recently got together with friends that I had not seen in eight years. They asked me how it was possible that after all of this time that I could look younger.

I am so excited about the change in lifestyle that this program initiated.

My skin is brighter, the exercises are making my body stronger and my eating habits are the best they have ever been. I still eat things that are not necessarily prescribed, but I don’t fall into the pit of obsession with it or the guilt.

I find it easy and satisfying to eat well. I love food and can taste it more than I did before. Where I used salt like an addict before, now I find it not necessary and only use it on some foods.

I embrace and endorse this new lifestyle. I don’t call it a lifestyle change lightly either, it truly was and is, and it is easy and comfortable.

I hope that the news is spread to as many people as can hear it. This has been a truly miraculous event for me.

Yippie!

It is so gratifying to watch the suffering in the world reduced by what we do with our bodies. Your example will be the inspiration to heal many more.

Love and light,

Julee,

Good for you! It's amazing how loud a wake up call some of us need, but it is good when we finally answer it.

I know what you mean about the changes being "easy and comfortable." This is a great program. And it's wonderful to take control of your health.

I hope you continue to progress.
