Most of my life I have been on a mucus producing diet. Certainly not by design, I assume it’s partly by body type and partly by unfortunate food choices e.g. the most mucus producing time of my life was when I tried the Metabolic Typing Diet. However what I didn't realise was that the mucus was actually forming a “permanent” mucoid plaque lining the entire length of my digestive tract.
As a result latterly I have gradually been getting thinner and thinner. I have unable to put weight on no matter how hard I tried and my stools were pencil-thin and possible blockage was pending.
I’m not suggesting that I was a physical wreck I was still playing badminton with people 15-20 years younger than me and playing golf off 11. But the writing was on the wall.

When I saw what dropped from my body each day during the cleanse it gave me great comfort to know that all the mucus that collected over all the many years was at last leaving my body and now I should be able to absorb food more efficiently.

I deliberately waited before writing my testimonial, because I wanted to see if the changes were permanent. I've tried so many things through out my life in order to improve my health and so many of them showed an initial improvement but then as often as not they regressed partially or completely. As it turns out some of the benefits of this cleanse were more permanent than others were.

1. My vision improved for the better but gradually regressed back close to precleanse levels.

2. The constant battle with negative thoughts improved but have partially returned so the battle far from over.

3. I lost weight during cleanse, fortunately it was not as much as I expected. But I was still looking gaunt and at the same time although I did not feel weak I had lost much of my physical strength - I was struggling to do 20 press-up. So I put myself on a programme of weights and a diet which should encourage weight gain. Much to my delight I put on muscle and gained strength very quickly and with in a short time I was back to a reasonable weight and handling weight better than I had been before the cleanse.

4. One unusual benefit from carrying out the cleanse was an improvement in my golf. I think the improvement was more through clarity of thinking than in co-ordination of the golf swing. A as any golfer will verify, someday you'll go out and your swing will there naturally and other days you go out and have to struggle the whole way round you make same movement as you did on a good day. Well I think I found how to reproduce my best swing every day and that's something I have been searching for all my golfing life

As an older cleanser it was the thought of having to make so many changes that initially put me off the cleanse and I dreaded the whole colonic cleansing procedure. However I can now say that the various changes were made and the colenemas turned out to be something I looked for to, ie 30 to 40 minutes doing nothing but lying there in an otherwise very very busy day.

Speaking as some who runs small alternative health business I would definitely recommend the cleanse. After one go I now realise you have got to clean out the digestive tract before any other health procedure will give deliver their true benefits.

To any older potential cleanser I would suggest that you need to be computer/internet literate and have reasonable typing skills, which I most definitely do not have - this has taken me forever. It was so much easier with a secretary. Further you will need lots of support and it would be handy if you had someone younger you could depend upon for help and who can type.

However for me I now take great comfort in knowing I have done it once so I can much more easily do it again and thus reap further rewards.

Thanks to all my cleansing pals and Joshua.

Way to go Thomas

I can understand your improvement in the game of golf. I too love to golf. I played my best rounds since my cleanse. Mind and body functioning together. Much more control of my mind set.

Wishing you all the best and continued good health.

Hi Thomas,

Glad to hear you've benefited much from the cleanse, especially with golf. (My other half will be keen to compare notes on that front as he's also a keen golfer).

The more I read and pursue after the first cleanse, the more I realise it's not a one off effort. A one time cleanse doesn't clear all the "sins" we've committed with our body over the years. I'm going to go at it again when the time is right. Hope to see you along the way too.

love and light

Why to go Thomas.

Doubting Thomas ... hehe. It is fun to listen to your posting...I can almost hear you thinking that it wasn't going to work. Hehe.

But you did indeed overcome many obsticles that would put a lot of people off -- and you are seeing be benefits. I look forward to seeing you on the next level cleanse.

Love and light,

David
