Hi,

My name is Niamh. I'm from Dublin, Ireland and after many weeks of checking into hps-online I took the plunge last
July to do level 1.

I had a history of severe constipation for which surgery had been suggested as a remedy.

I had chosen not to have any opertions and instead eat better, cutting out wheat and dairy to which I am intolerant. I was introduced to food combining by a friend about 15 years ago and have followed it since but structural physical difficulties meant the problem persisted.

I like many of us came across this website by coincidence only there is no such thing! This student was ready and the teacher - thanks Joshua - came.

After my first formal cleanse I felt great and it's primary help to me was making way for sweeping psychological cleansing that was needed. Unlike others I have not lost any weight - apart from during the cleanse which has returned - but I trust and know that my body knows best.

Despite eating very well, giving up meat and alcohol predominantly, and exercising I still carry excess weight. I feel there is still plenty of guck to clear having eaten foods I was intolerant of for years without knowing.

I'm very excited about Level 2 and catching up with everyone and meeting new cleansers.

Love and warmth,
Niamh:)

Dear Niamh,

Its good to see you are starting Level 2. I wish you continued success. For me Level 2 was more of an emotional cleansing process than Level 1. I knew what to expect with the board, the herbals, juicing, etc. So all the energy I had used on Level 1 worrying about doing it right, I was able to channel into going deeper emotionally.

Look forward to following your progress

Niamh

I look forward to your Level 2. I am confident that your body will continue the process of healing in this level at the rate it knows best! Maybe we will be cleansing at the same time, I am hoping to begin in early February.
Cheers, Tina A

Niamh:
Glad to see that you are about to enter Level 2. With level 1 behind you, you now know about what to expect. Level 2 will be more relaxing for you in that you are now experienced with the board and the shakes etc. I found level 2 to be emotional cleansing - not entirely, but a start.

Relax, enjoy the experience and "listen" to what your body says to you.

Thank you my fellow cleansing souls Claudette, Jake, Tina, David and Marilyn for your warm welcomes.
It makes such a different being in this loving and growth-oriented environment. Despite all of us being scattered throughout the world I feel as if we're all in this together - with Joshua as our captain.
Tina, that would be great if we were doing our formal cleanses. I'll be starting on 5 February. I wish for you the best of luck and enjoy freeing your system of any toxins that may be impingeing you living the life of your dreams.
This is my first message to the boards so here's hoping you receive it.
Thanks again and talk to you soon,
Love and warmth,
Niamh:)

Hi Niamh,

I will be looking forward to your level 2.

Maybe the conditions will be right for you to lose weight, if that is your desire. Whatever happens, it is what your body is ready to do, so I guess it is the right thing.

Wishing you luck as you prepare to cleanse.

Love,
Tisha
