Hi everyone,
I made it. I could not access this site until today. I signed up yesterday and it kept telling me that I was not approved. Then I got an e-mail that said my password was invalid. And now for a practically computer illiterate person to try to navigate this new board... Oh, well. I am here...finally:)
My name is Tisha. I am 43 years old. I have 5 children, four boys ages 16,14,12,8 and a girl who is 3. We homeschool and have been for 8 years. (Please don't count off for grammar :p )
I have been on my cleansing journey for a year this month. I had been feeling tired and achey. I did not want to be this way just because I was in my 40's. I had prayed to find an answer to why I was feeling so crummy. I was inspired to cleanse my liver. I did not know how to do this. I had never even heard of doing this. I got on the internet and looked around and found a recipe that is supposed to clean the liver and remove gallstones. I did a few of those and kept looking around and learning about alternative methods of healing.
I found hps-cleansing (online) last March and browsed around a bit. I decided that this should be my next step. Now I think that it should be the first step in a cleansing program, but I was learning at the time and this was all new to me.
I have done 2 cleanses here and plan on becoming a Master Faster this year.
I have also experienced theraputic massage, acupuncture, chinese herbals, theraputic grade essential oils, not to mention all of the books I read this past year. I have learned so much. I know now that I do not have to rely on doctors and pills for my health. That is not the answer. That is only treating a symptom, not the cause. I am lucky, I guess. I was led to cleansing at this time in my life before I did any serious damage to my health. I believe the body can heal itself, given the right conditions.
The most important thing to me is that I am teaching my children. They will have such an advantage as they get older because they will be learning correct principles of health. They are learning that there is more to life than the SAD (Standard American Diet) and feeling tired and achey by the time they are in their 40's.
Love,
Tisha
