First of all I want to thank Jos-hua and this great community for the great support. Without this support I probably wouldn't be sitting here in front of my pc, but lying in bed with a serious depression or maybe worse.

Before the cleanse...

I didn't really have serious medical problems before starting the cleanse:
- Had some stomach problems, but those were almost totally gone before the cleanse because of the fact I was already eating pretty healthy.
- I had a serious case of mononucleosis a few years ago.
- Also a lot of colds.
- Always tired, needing a lot of sleep.
But apart from that my physical condition was pretty good.

The cleanse itself...

To be honest, I didn't expect to drop much during my cleanse, being 24 and eating healthier for over 5 years now already.

Well, I was totally amazed (and disgusted at the same time)when I saw what came out of my body. (You can look at some of the pictures in my formal cleansing thread.) Things started dropping from the first day on

The droppings never stopped. Unfortunately I had to stop my cleanse after day 7, because of work. Although I had this feeling it would have been better to continue for a couple of days longer and drop even more crap...

After the cleanse...

I expected to be buzzing with energy, feeling great, ready to take on the world...
instead I felt drained: I was low an enery, I didn't look too good, and I was disappointed :(
Luckely Jos-hua was there. He helped me through it and gave me the advice I needed. This advice and the support from the people on this forum helped me through it.

Now, a week and a half later, I feel pretty good;
I lost some strength and muscle during the cleanse. So I started rebuilding muscle by doing some fitness. I making progress very fast.
I also do a lot of running and I feel I recuperate a lot faster now than before the cleanse.
I still need a lot of sleep though. Not more than before the cleanse, but not much less either.

I'm definitely going to continue cleansing. Planning on doing my next cleanse in spring next year.

I forgot to tell this, but on day 6 of the cleanse I felt great, superb, buzzing with energy, I had goose bumps all over my body and I felt light as a feather. I wanted to hold on to that feeling and never let it go. My body decided otherwise and by the end of the day the 'natural high' feeling was gone. I guess my body decided to use the energy to get some more garbage out the system.

I plan on getting the feeling back though. I'm sure that when I've thoroughly cleaned out my body and keep it clean after that, I'll experience this feeling for the rest of my days to come...

I don't recommand doing this on your own. Without the support you get with this program, you're lost...

Hope you come cleansing with us!

Dennis,

You did an excellent cleanse, and you will continue to see benefits as long as you stay on the path. My Level 1 was tough and left me drained, but I breezed through Level 2, and things keep getting better and better. Am doing Level 3 now, and I can't believe how good I feel.

Stick with it, and you will have many wonderful surprises.

Dennis friend,

Thanks for your kind words.

I am glad to hear that as we discussed some positive changes are kicking in... they will improve and strengthen,,,, most important, I and everyone else here wants to see and follow your post-cleansing posts, so please every two weeks update us at the post-cleansing Level 1 forum... work diligently with Dans book, start adopting a few practices and practice them... maybe the chee gung... i taught myself chee gung through that book, am no expert but I do have a simple 15 minute routine that I run through daily... you can read about it at the post-cleansing CASE STUDIES forum... I suggest you read through both threads there... they are long, but full of very valuable info for you.

Once again thanks for being here. I am here for those who are here both in body, mind and spirit. It's very important to stay focused and positive (as you have) when the going gets rough, otherwise , well, no need to say anything... everyone here knows my approach.

Wishing you all the best,

Peace,
