I had scheduled a Colonoscopy with my doctor as part of the whole 40+ health check considering my family history of colon problems and waited to post this until after the results. (all is well... as I figured)

I was super energised right after the cleanse but have slowed a bit and think I am going through some healing in my lungs as I bring up some mucus fairly regularly but do not feel bad or have any other problems.

Overall I am much better than before I started the cleanseing process and have recommended it to many of my friends. I am much more focused than before.
