The 7 Day Wonder Level 1 Freedom cleanse "cured" me of some pretty bad digestive problems and in the subsequent months of 7 Day Wonder post cleanse I found some cronic conditions (bleeding gums, allergies etc) also bit the dust.

Now in post cleanse of 7DW Level 2 I see the real change in physical terrain happening. The way I feel inside my own body has vastly improved. I look youger. My emotions are calm and stable. The way I treat myself AND others more in line with loving kindness and compassion.

Which brings to mind this daily inspiration from Jos-hua a while back.
Whatever attitudes we habitually use towards ourselves, we will use on others, and whatever attitudes we habitually use toward others we will use toward ourselves. The situation is comparable to our serving food to ourselves and to other people from the same bowl. Everyone ends up eating the same thing--we must examine carefully what we are dishing out.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. Living and loving with vibrant health and inner peace will eventually have people taking notice, they will see the example. There are so many people searching for a better way of life, it seems that they don't become ready to receive it until they slow down and reflect though. Wanting a better life is not enough, you must take action.

I am glad that you here as an example and cleanser/ teacher for my future journeys. Here's to you Elisa congratulations to you for your work and the reward and thank you for sharing your journey and your wisdom.

You got it!!! now lets keep practicing... so glad to hear of all the wonderful changes the HPS 7DW programme has given you... btw, my guru has written a wonderful book called Present Fresh Awakefulness (Chokinyma Rinpoche). You might want to get hold of it... sounds to me like you can benefit from it.
