The 7DW program provides a wealth of information in a sequence that gives you the opportunity to change your life for the better. I did the first cleansing program in late March and made many positive improvements in my life. I learned to take responsibility for my health by eating properly, exercising, being more mindful of my thoughts and actions and taking better care of myself. I no longer need medication to control blood pressure, high cholesterol, sinus or sleep problems. I no longer work ridiculous hours.

Level 2 was an emotional cleanse. I felt a deep sense of peace and calmness throughout the program which is still with me four months later. Work has been a stressfull environment for several years due to outsourcing and downsizing. This newfound peace has helped me improve my people skills and reduce the stress levels at the office. There is more laughter and less negativity in the workplace in spite of the uncertainty about the long-term viability of the department I manage.

I have more compassion and a lighter spirit than before. I feel more connected to those around me and have begun to focus more on spiritual growth.

Overall I have become a more balanced person physcially and emotionally. By following this program my body is letting go of years of bad habits and giving me the resources and support to continue to make positive changes. The love and caring from Jos-hua and others on a similar path is priceless. While I wish I had found this program years ago, I'm thankful that I found it at all. Its never too late to get started on the path to renewed health and vitality.
