Hi All, Happy New Year, 2004!

I have to say 2003 was one of my best years. I have lost 25 pounds, I look younger, feel more positive and enjoy food more than ever!

I started the first fast last year and felt it was a great experience. Losing the weight was wonderful and I kept it off. I have not added any weight this year and for me, that is amazing.

I started this last year at this time and had a great fast. I felt tired and started going to acpuncture. The TCM practitioner suggested I build my strength before started another fast. Boy was that easy to put off. But when the anniversary of my first fast came around...I knew it was time.

I did the fast immediately after Christmas and it went well. I even went to work for some of the week and felt fine. I was not tired and weak, obsessed with the food channel and I think I moved a lot of material out of my colon. Hooray!

The program is great. It works and with support and discipline, the results are worth it. I have Michelle inspiring me. She cooks great things and uses ingredients I never see in the grocery store. She had done a wonderful job with her 4 fasts and I want to go on too. I had thought I would go thru the 2nd one and that would be enough, but it isn't. I have learned so much about food, eating, health and enjoying food, that I can see I want to continue with the next 2 fasts as well.

The support group is amazing. The fact that this all goes on without depending on Jos-hua is really something. You all have so much wisdom and good things to offer, I am really impressed. I appreciate your comments more than you know.

I would say that one of the things that has been good for me this year, is that I feel I am a more positive person. I see things in a more positive light and appreciate things more. I think I am less judgemental and I am making spiritual progress as well as physical and emotional.

I seem to be chatty, don't I. Just want to sum it all up by saying the program is great, you support is awesome and I am happy to endose the cleansing!

It is a great joy for me to read your testimonial. Fact is, at 60 most people seem to feel it's only downhill from here, and you, you are just going uphill with ascending good health... so lovely to see, feel and be part of. Thanks for being here, and for trusting, and practicing.

Fact is, when I designed this programme, I was pretty sure that everyone would experience great physical results... but I wanted to do more with it, to take it further therefore I built it with two main aspects- the wisdom aspects which refers to the methods and procedures, and the compassion aspects, hoping that the programme would bring people more peace and happiness.

I felt so strongly and still do about the compassion aspects of this programme that I still daily make the effort and post the daily inspirations to reinforce the compassion aspects of the cleansing, rejuvenation and transformation process, daily.

When I see so many positive testimonials talking about how people are more positive, more calmer, more at peace, more grounded, more loving, more caring, more compassionate, then I come to the conclusion that all this talk here at HPS before, during and after your cleansing (and in between) about patience, mindfulness, no goal setting, awareness, openess, kind heartedness, explorations, journeys, practice, and discoveries is working in the right direction. A safe and positive direction without infringing on anyone's religious or spiritual beliefs (or lack of beliefs)....

I rejoice in your rejoicing... may more and more positive experiences proflierate through your life Kay.

What a great testimony! You sound great and I am so happy to see you enjoying the different levels and all their nuances! You make me look forward to my level two later this spring...

You are right about the support group! It makes all the difference! There is a special shift that takes place in your outlook on life, others and yourself when you support others and have others support you... So good to hear you doing so well Kay!
