4th April - 21 days since last fast!

Exactly 3 weeks ago today my formal ended and I felt fantastic.

I'd lost weight my clothes fitted much better and felt so light and
so clean. I started well, but after a 10 hour flight from the U.S.A
followed by a 200 mile car journey from London, I felt the need
for a glass of wine, which made me feel sick... but greedy guts
drank it anyway. The facial rash which developed during the fast
stayed with me for about 2 more weeks and has now gone.

Other results are:

1) Persistent slight eczema in centre of forehead.... gone.

2) Chronic (long term)white coating on tongue reduced, now
much lighter but still present. Pinkness now somewhat visible.

3) Had first period since ending fast. My appetite is usually
voracious the week before my period but this time my appetite
remained stable and did not change.

4) I was really hoping for pain reduction this period but had no
joy this time. I have much pain every month and generally feel
unwell, but this time I was very nauseus, headachey and more
ill. This felt like the worst period since i was in my teens.

5) Seem unable to stomach alcohol. Had 2nd glass of wine day
after the first glass, again after long car journey of (40 miles).
And again felt like vomiting. I see this as a good thing. It means
I don't have to deliberately give up alcoholic drinks...... my body
does that for me. I was never much of a drinker anyway, maybe
3 or 4 drinks a month, sometimes none at all. But now my body
seems to reject it outright.

6) Still taking psyllium daily, otherwise still constipated sometimes.

Maybe falling off the wagon and consuming a few things I ought
not to have had contributed to point 4. Or maybe It's a
continuation of detox.

I'm looking forward to my next cleanses as i want to heal my
womb of fibroids and pain once and for all.

Despite my failures I've been told that i look well, this after a 12
hour flight from Bangkok and 2 hours sleep, so hopefully I've not
set myself back too much!

This programme has started me onto something good. I've gone
from having no massages or steams to having them regularly. I
try once a week to steam and have had an average of one
massage a. week so far. It's so good for the soul.... and body!
and feel so much better for it.

And what I appreciate most about this programme is the
convenience of being able to do it right here at home, in my own
bathroom. It's fantastic!

So far I've recommended four people to hps-online, and will
continue to recommend internal cleansing with fasting as the first
step to take on the road to healing.

Thank you Jos-hua for making this type of cleansing so accessible
without having to travel abroad, in fact without having to leave
home. For me hps is a god-send.
