Testimonial-- shortened version. Been busy too much so.

overall level one was a great experience. Didn`t really feel -- problems w/ detox-- did feel faint x`s 2-- because i overdid things-- couldn`t just shut everthing down.
am looking forward to level 2.
have lost weight; feel healthy; look healthy-- many comments; still juicing and eating well- very little refined food.

have a set regiment-- with options of foods i like.

working out at gym-- 8 straight days on vacation recently including 3 days of extreme x bike spinning and body sculpturing.
still would like to lose about 10 more lbs
will start more vigorous aerobic running following injured ankle.
have read body ecology diet book-- good reference.
computer crashed which delayed my posts-- took a while to get things re loaded-- find paswords etc

Your schedule sounds very demanding and I would like to congratulate you in fitting your cleanse in. It's hard to find a time slot to do something devoted just for yourself and stay focused while everything else is going but it sure is worth it! Well done!

John, sounds like you are doing well. Your schedule sounds a bit
gruelling, though. I hope you are taking care of yourself, watching how
your body takes to all that exercise. (Easy for me to say, perhaps, since my flabby body likes to hear that I don't have to exercise all that hard to be healthy and lose weight!: )
