Posey_G Age, 57, 7DW Level 1 cleanse. Testimonial, when did watermelon suddenly taste so deli

Testimonial,

Where shall I begin? I suppose I could begin with the things I have become aware of since I started Level 1 and completed my first cleanse.

1. Chewing - didn't realize that I never chewed my food. I think it must have been two chews and swallow the chunks. I now take my time and chew very thoroughly as I realize that the better I chew the better I will digest what I eat.

2. Spastic Colon - have had a spastic colon as long as I can remember. Since completion of Level 1 I have not had it...just good ole regular BMs with floaties. And this too causes me to ponder my eating habits and what I eat. When you eat mindfully your body is able to function properly.

3. Taste - Was very much aware of how food tastes when I came off my first cleanse. I still am and again I think it is because I take more time to chew than before.

4. Stomach - You do become aware of how certain foods affect you when you eat them. I had to break down and have a bacon, lettuce, and tomatoe sandwhich the other day. Paid for it the whole next day...but I still love em.

5. Meat - Just isn't as important as it use to be. Still like it but find myself being very selective of what I eat and make sure I really chew it well.

6. Fruits/Veggies - You can ask Vic, didn't hardly eat any fruit before Level 1...just never took the time to eat it. Now find that I love fruit and have it for breakfast and snack time at work. Love the veggies as well, and yes, they are better just barely steamed than cooked to death like I use to eat them.

The whole process up to this point has been enlightening. Has brought to my awareness the BIG importance food plays in our lives and how we Americans completely blow food off and yet at the same time find ourselves being fat and obese because we think we have to stuff so much into our bodies. We truly eat as if there is a scarcity in our lives when if the truth be told, one entree from just about any restaurant could easily feed a family of 4 or 5 in many countries around the world.

We numb ourselves and deny ourselves and are just barely alive from the head up...everything below the neck is numb. And yet, how simple the solution. Be aware. Be present to yourself totally in this very moment and you will understand the blessing food and eating brings to life when approached thoughtfully and intentionally.

Look forward to continuing with the process and anticipate only good things down the road. You are what you eat. But I still can't play the violin...maybe next year in Jerusalem.

Namaste

Hey Posey,

Loved your testimonial! I'm happy to see you experiencing the great benefits and awareness that comes from this program.

I had generally the same eating habits you had before I started cleansing. Now that my body is more alkline I find salads, fruit, and juicing my mainstay.

I happy that you and Vicki are doing so well and look forward to following your post and onto the next level...

Love and Light,

Stephen_C

Inspiring testimonial, Posey!

You have learned and grown a lot in just your first level of HPS. I would love to see what you do in future levels!

Can't believe I missed commenting on this great testimonial Posey.

I think I'll be putting it up at the web site too... pretty much summarizes a lot of good transformation and happiness in light of the program and your actions and practice.

Hope this inspires a few people to start taking responsibility for their health... it sure inspires me!

Peace,
Love and light,
