Andy_R, Age 46, 7DW Level 1- colon detox cleanse. Testimonial, I feel great !
I had a great 7 day cleanse and I am enjoying the benefits everyday since.
The 7 Day Wonder Freedom Cleansing program is beautiful in it's simplicity: 1. I have more energy and sleep less, I feel and look rested, enough that people are commenting on it. 2. I lost about 15 lbs and even though I am not "dieting" I am just making bettter choices, no feeling of cravings or depravity, thats really great. 3. My allergies have not appeared since starting the program, this issue is being addressed once and for all ! 4 sharing what I have learned with my wife & kids is so meaningful, to know we can teach good healthy habits to our kids is a blessing. 5. The library of reading the " right recomended books" is just what I needed. Finally, so many parts of the the story are falling into place with a simple practical strategy that I can put to work into daily action. now making progress in health is not "academic" it's a "participation sport" ! Thanks to Jos-Hua and the community for all the on-going support. Refreshing to be part of a group doing some good in the world. Cheers, Andy |

Congratulations Andy!
Sounds like you had a very productive first 7DW freedom cleanse! I can't tell you how inspiring your testimony is for me. I'm starting my first 7DW freedom cleanse soon and a lot of your benefits our what some of my goals are. I also have to agree about this not being academic and it being an academic sport! What a great statement! Again congratulations! Keep on participating in your health!! Best Wishes, Michael |

Greetings Andy!
Great stuff going on here, great movement. I can feel your happiness and rejoice in your rejoicing. It's so nice when one can share all this with a spouse and with the kids... makes you feel your making a big worthwhile contribution to their present and future lives, doesn't it? I'm so glad they are receptive... it also makes your journey easier as you have the cooperation and motivation to move forward and progress. I want to remind you that it's your 7DW post-cleansing that we need to focus on... You know your issues and now is the time to move forward with them.... no need to focus on perfection, what we want is more to focus on keeping the wheel of cleansing, detox and rejuvenation turning.... please make sure to check in with a TCM in HK, and lets hear what they have to say to you. I look forward to working with you towards better and better health.... I'm confident we can succeed. Thanks for being part of HPS, and please be here for new cleansers who are following in your steps. Peace,

Hi Jos-Hua and friends,
All your comments are RIGHT-ON, my whole goal of transformation is 100% about the 7dw post-cleanse, especially while travleing. While at my home ( controlled environment) I am o.k. with all things. I've been traveling and I'll continue to travel the next few weeks in & out. This has been a challange to my diet & excersize routine and I have slipped a few days. There has also been some great suprises : EX : found a cafe with fresh veg juice near one hotel, went mountain bike riding with a supplier. I have located a recommended TCM who I will call today hopefully I can get immediate appt. Thanks, Andy |

Andy,
Its good to see that you're so focused on the post cleanse... I think I'm struggling with sort of the same things as you with regard to the post cleanse: getting a reliable routine together and sticking with it, and keeping a consistent diet while not at home. Just got to keep practicing and continue to be mindful and do the best you can... I think thats all we can really ask of ourselves, no? Best of luck, Colin |
