Philip_A, Age 47, 7DW Level 1 cleanse. Testimonial, Just the beginning for me.

Hi,

It's been about 19 days since starting the 7DW Level 1 post cleanse. I am progressing well, given that I am living out of a suitcase and miles away from the comforts of the family kitchen.
I have experienced a weight loss of about 7 kg and feeling very good for it as you can imagine. Energy levels are up a little and I just feel great that I stumbled across this great community of go getters.

My health had been pretty good for many years, however, this cleansing experience has given me a great boost to my self confidence and really given the whole family a boost of well being and desire to get very serious about implementing so much of the knowledge re healthy living that we have only paid lip service to in the past.

The juicer doesn't know what hit it of late. The kids are a little miffed at the increasing amounts of whole foods they are having to consume of late. Flicked the white rice and bread that they love so much. All in all, a great experience and a means of increasing ones self discipline and commitment to a good cause, oneself.
Thanks Jos-hua and to you all, for the good advice and support.

Phil

Phil, glad to hear the juicer is getting a workout. Yes, the children, can be a challenging transition for them. They should come around and begin to like it better than the old dead food, especially when they come to understand the benefits.

Hi Phil,

Great to see you benefit much from the cleanse. Soon the kids won't miss white rice and white bread and eventually they'll thank you for it.

Hello Phil,

That is rad that your whole family is benifting from your new experience! I'm sure it is difficult be eating right when you travel so much, but it sounds like you're doing a pretty good job.

Look forward to seeing you in the level 2! Have good travels!

Best Wishes,
Michael

Inspiring review/ testimonial Phillip!

You are an airline pilot so you know the importance of system maintenance.

Here in Level 1 you got the rudimentary system maintenance course... and now you're out flying around the world, living from a suitcase. If you can find ways to implement many of the things you learnt in your level 1 HPS cleansing and rejuvenation program, just imagine how much easier it is for those who are at home everyday, daily!

I commend you for all you have done to date, and look forward to your level 2 cleansing... we will finish up there the work we started here in level 1.

Try now and then in between a flight layover to do a post-cleanse update. That way you'll stay connected to your HPS cleansing friends, and to me.

Meanwhile keep that juicer busy... it was a wise investment I'd say.

P.S. any progress with getting the airplane cabin ionized? I'm so interested to hear of your discoveries once that is done. You might just end up revolutionizing the whole airline industry.

Peace, wishing you all the very best!

Love and light,

Hi there,

Thanks for your replies. Jos-hua, there is no hope of getting ionizers in aircraft as today in our industry it's the bean counters that have control and if it costs, forget it. Sounds negative I know, however, that is the reality.

Keeping the diet simple. Brown rice and veges and sushimi and veges. No doubt topping up the mercury stores. Oh and heaps of fresh fruit. Not easy to get the fresh juices on the road. Trying Milk Thistle and spirulina as well.
Keeping the weight off, breathing practise and exercising frequently. Enjoying the lighter healthier feel too.
Looking forward to getting stuck into the next levels.

Cheers and Merry Christmas to you all.

Phil

Philip,

Sounds like you're still doing well, despite the constant traveling. That is grand! Keep it up!
