Hello friends,

I completed my level 2 formal almost 2 months ago.

Where to begin really in expressing the positive change in my life....I so enjoyed the actual formal experience of Level 2. Getting back to the routine that was no longer new....

Lately I have realised that so many things are coming naturally to me now - my early morning wake ups, effortless bowel movement, followed by exercise and walk (a HUGE change from my pre cleansing scenario - needing tea and coffee to drag myself out of bed, as I pushed my family around in a bad mood....I feel good and happy to be alive when I wake up . I wake up early naturally, most days, no need to worry about alarms or tea and coffee. After level 1 this was available to me but more often than not I would wake up get out of bed and then choose not to do exercise and take a walk...Now it it a delightful habit.

I am much calmer in myself, so much so that driving over high bridges and raised roads and highways - a huge stress and anxiety that I basically avoided doing for the last 7 years - is so easy for me now. I've driven the roads that really held major anxiety for me more than once to know it isn't a fluke - that feels a wonderful accomplishment I didn't go looking for.

My emotional self feels more relaxed, less prone to dark moods and anger. Quicker to get off my stuff and talk things through, a sense of humour returning and inklings of labido - all much to my husbands delight of course.

In perfoming in a small concert in early December, how much i enjoyed it without the stress i would have had prior to cleansing. The feedback from my loved ones was that I was beaming!

Due to major busyness I have not been able to get to many of my beloved Ba Gua classes (a martial art)- but when I do I am amazed at what feels like progress or ease with the movement sequences, strengthening exercises and stretches. My ability to focus my mind on what I am doing in class is really delighting/amazing me. I did a standing Chi Gung on blocks (10" high approx), reverse breathing with my eyes shut for over 5 minutes and I thought I was working on getting to 5 breaths with my eyes shut! My committment to this has certainly deepened, although it may not look like that from the outside - this in itself is a wonderful gain for me.

My ability to just get on with things generally has increased. My ability to let go of 'stuff' both material and emotional has increased as well. I feel so much more balanced. In being less judgemental of myself, I allow myself and those around me so much more love.

Every area of my life has been affected.

What is set up here at HPS will enable me to experience more of what has been dreams for me, for years, a fully explored reality. The rich depth of information to follow through with is a lifetime exploration...I am on for it and continue to be truely excited to have found this path, this support and love and guidence. It has been wonderful to acknowledge the time it takes to heal and the step by step process offered here. It seems to me this is the only way to find lasting vibrant health - on every level.

Congratulations on all your progress, especially on getting rid of your anxiety.

I always enjoy your posts, but this is one of the loveliest testimonials I have ever seen. One of the greatest benefits of cleansing is that it's not just the physical body that is cleansed. When you follow people through the four levels of this program, you can see this very clearly. I am still amazed at the changes in me, and I know they are appreciated by people around me.

Your emotional changes are truely inspiring. I know I have emotional bottlenecks that seem to keep me going in circles, so your testimonial really motivates me to get to my Level 2 as well. In the meantime, I will continual to practice and build on the knowledge and experience gained in Level 1. The ongoing NW info is continuing to expand upon that foundation.
