I am absolutely thrilled by the results I had on this Level 3 cleanse. For me it has been the most productive so far in the amount of rubbish that was shifted from my colon.

I was absolutely thrilled to lose so much damaging mucoid plaque from my body, the amount was stunning, it just kept coming and coming and I felt my body could have dropped more crap but work imposes time limitations and I unfortunately had to end on 7 days.

I now feel less bloated, cleaner and lighter. Amazingly the clearing out of clutter from my digestive tract seems to have impacted on the clearance of clutter from my life in other ways. I don't know how and it may seem silly to some, but without trying my work handbag which is always so full of stuff, and difficult to keep de-cluttered naturally seems to have cleared without me consciously trying.

It was lovely to see I wasn't actually short of space, that I had everything in it that I needed, and am no longer carrying a dead weight on my shoulder.
Just like I was carrying dead weight around in my digestive system.

My verdict is that this cleanse is fantastic, and is certainly worth the effort.

Sounds like you had a great "unloading" experience. NW info advises that we should drop the most crap at Level 3 & 4. Sounds like you are right on track!! Great! Thanks for being specific. It really encourages me as I am preparing for my Level 2.

This is truly amazing. I have experienced it to a small degree so far, but your testimony is really heavy duty!! Thanks. It confirms that we are an organism, not a machine. Improving our physical self overflows also into our mental, emotional and spiritual sides as well. Truly an awesome truth of our existence. So fantastic that you have walked it out!

Just got back from meditation retreat... will need to jump over to your lev 3 post-cleansing I guess to get the latest update.

Merlene, sounds terrific. I can imagine that losing that much plaque would be fantastic. I’m hoping to have that experience within the next few cleanses.
