What has hps-online 7 Day Wonder level 1 Freedom cleansing done for me:

1. Let me drop a sleeping medication that I had been taking for the last six years… I am sleeping just fine without it now, as long as I stick to my new eating plan!

2. Let me get rid of “a bellyful” of impacted fecal material

3. Gave me incentive and a plan for better eating habits

4. Introduced me to a number of outstanding books that I’ll be using from now on

It was well worth the time and money!

I do want to mention that both categories “cost” more than expected.

Money: the supplies, including board, herbals, required actions (massage etc) and books, for pre-cleanse and formal fast only, cost me $688 not the $270 promised on the website. Remember that does NOT include the price of the program itself.

Time: the level 1 materials include certain perfectly reasonable requirements for participating in the forums. These include coaching several other people and “staffing” several forums. The materials suggest this will take virtually no time at all. For me it ran to about three hours per day, every day, for the month I was in pre-cleanse and formal fast.

Including all of these costs with the cost of the 7 Day Wonder Freedom program, I still feel I got a good return on investment. However I think it important that a person considering hps-online should realize the entirety of that investment.
