I finished the level 1 program almost 3 months ago. Life has been really busy, and I am happy to say that my health has greatly improved. Here are some of the benefits I've experienced.

1) Less constipation and flatulence.

2) Dropped 10 pounds and kept 5 off though weight was not an issue.

3) Have increased energy and sleep around 7-8 hours whereas before I needed 9-10 hours of sleep.

4) Crave less sweets and average 50%-60% raw diet daily.

I too feel like you Rhonda... it is very doable and the potential i beholds for those who go through the 4 levels far exceeds the cost and investment in time and effort.

At the end of the day, we all have many years more of living, and with a healthier body- living, working, relationships and life in general- becomes easier and more rewarding and more fun with less suffering.

You have already in your first cleanse here had great results. That is an indication to your devotion to the program.

I look forward to you finishing up in your lev 2 cleanse what you started in level 1 and then taking the jump into transformation in lev 3 and 4.
