Well here we are. It is time to start level 3 finally. Because I have much faith in this program that it will bring my health back the way it is supposed to be.
I am 60 years old and by that time most people start to bring regular visits to the doctor and have to take pills every day for the rest of their lifes. I don't want to do this.
My wife complains that I am skinny and that my stomach is still big. But I tell her that my stomach will get smaller when I finish this level 3 and smaller after level 4.
The wrinkels and the bags under my eyes are much better. My skin looks better too. My eczema was gone but now it is back again. Hopefully level 3 will take care of that. My constipation is almost gone.

Gilbert, generally thin is good, I feel.

Hopefully your wife is pleased with the bags and wrinkles. Judging by my stomach, it may take awhile for that to go.

Also the eczema problem that I share with you seems to be a bit persistent, but it is almost gone for me except an occasional flare-up. It seems to be kept completely away only by avoiding ALL of the obviously bad “foods.”
