A long time to ponder...

I finished level 4 several months ago and did not feel ready to post my testimonial untill now. The 100% water fast was much more intensive than the previous juice fasts. But the 7 days went by relatively easy.

Where am I now ? Fasting is definetly a part of my longterm lifestyle. 2 fasts a year seem right. Sustained good health, mindfullness concerning my personal habits and lifestyle are all a result of the wonderful learning experience Hps has provided. Emotionally I have cleared out a lot of old baggage, released much fear and find myself making better choices in all aspects of life. Work is easier, play is better, relationships clearer.

I got a cold, my first in years, and healed myself in 2 days. Everyone else around me has been dealing with this cold bug for weeks on end. I just "knew" what to do to allow my body to heal. Of course I have also learned that exposure to mold is the quickest way for a cold to grab hold. My friends all call me the "bush doctor" now. Helping and healing others seems right.

I own and train a beautiful Thoroughbred horse named Atid (meaning "the sun" in Thai) and through this wonderful natural sport and relationship have met my true soul mate in life. A man that, I suspect, had I not been on the cleansing path I would never have recognized for who he is to me. He is vegetarian and is working on giving up cigarettes. I am doing a cleanse in October, so we will see if he wants to join in.

There is no goal to be met, it is the adventure along the way that is important and meaningful. Cleansing helps provide a clear path and valuable markers on the road to health and longevity and happiness.

Will be back for my first Master Faster Cleanse in October !

It's funny that you are called the 'bush doctor'. My friend calls me Rafiki (from The Lion King). I only have a blue butt in winter though--it's cold up here in Minnesota

Speaking of the dramatic, it's funny/tragic that we are thought of as weird while certain drug-pushing doctors are thought of as, well, legal.
