I encourage everyone reading this that may be uncertain of the benefits of this 7 Day Wonder Freedom cleanse to simply keep going, it does really makes a wonderful difference in your health.

Well nearly one month since the start of the 7dw post cleanse.

This is the best I have felt in a long time.

7 Day Wonder Level 3, while a bit more complicated and very thorough went well I feel.
I basically felt good from the day I started it to the post cleanse.


I have preferred to continue my healthily food intake and a good exercise program

I have not been able to overcome my taste buds completely.
I find while I like the taste I do not need to eat as large a quantity as before.
The cravings seem to be a bigger issue when I am traveling and eating in restaurants.

This is all just to point out I am much more mindful of my food now.

From pre cleanse to teh end of formal l I lost 9 pounds.

In the last month my weight has stabilized down just 3 pounds from the start of the cleanse which feels like my ideal weight.
I am up a bit more then I thought but I believe it is because of my exercise which I understand adds weight with muscle.

Hi, Norm. I hear you on the cravings increasing in restaurants! Sounds like going to restaurants is the real test of what we've let go of and what we're still working to release.

It's also reassuring to hear that the cravings might lessen over time. I tend to do better with gradual, maintainable changes.
