My quest for a way to avoid getting cancer (as both my parents died of cancer as well as ALL of their siblings) led me online. This was after getting nothing but an endless array of negative tests from my doctor in response to “not feeling quite right” in the abdominal area. I had been on an on-line research binge for over six months when I came to the HPS-online website. Until then I had learned a lot of useful information, as well as some conflicting information- and felt my approach was too scattered and unrelated to be really useful.

I read the HPS website from one end to the other. It offered me two things I needed badly to be successful: 1) A single experienced source of information, and 2) some “like-minded” support. Until I signed up- I had not experienced either. Just isolated pieces of information and products, and friends who didn’t want to hear about some of the practices I was interested in. My endless thanks to those who accompanied me on this journey- my cleansing friends online!

I am retired from the Navy and live solely on my pension-, which is not very big. My only real reservation was the cost. It was huge to me (about half of what I take home in a month!). Then I thought about what I had already spent, how much of that was really useful, and thought about doing the one payment a month for four months. I decided that this might be the cheapest way to detoxify in the long run… at least there was a single plan, support, and people interested in answering my questions. So I signed up and have not looked back- or regretted a penny spent (or the pennies still to be spent in the next month!)

I started getting information via email and had access to the whole HPS site. I bought the recommended books and herbs and started my pre-cleanse diet. My level of excitement was tremendous in the beginning and has only grown. I am in control, I have company, and I have learned so much about myself. And for those of you who want “proof in the pudding”:

· What ever was bothering me in my lower abdomen is now gone
· I lost 18 pounds during pre-cleanse and the formal fast (it stayed off)
· My stomach has flattened considerably
· My diet has changed dramatically- yet it wasn’t hard as I seem to have lost the cravings for junk
· My energy is way up and I sleep better at night (not longer- just better)
· My moods are brighter- it’s hard to be crabby when you feel good
· TONS of stuff came out of me during the formal fast- and I know it is only the beginning
· I am more connected to my body (awareness) than ever- and try to listen and trust what it tells me

And most importantly- I have absolutely no fear that I will be getting cancer. I am on a path that takes me toward health and away from disease. I am transforming into a more pleasant and much more patient being. It’s like I have slowed down and pay attention to the little things I never had time for before. I now can better see the connection between body and spirituality. And I know that this is only the beginning- it’s a long journey and in this environment the process always takes you ever closer toward your goals.

Writing a testimonial is one of the greatest way to bring closure to a formal cleansing session... to sit down and contemplate again the principles of healing and rejuvenation... thanks for your kind words about the HPS program and the benefits you are finding.

Post-cleansing is a totally new baby as you are learning and as I see from the above are not worried about.
