Dear Friends,

This review has been a long time finding its way to the page, so lets cut to the chase....

After only what can be described as a blissful cleansing experience, I was able to access a vast amount of energy after many years of just getting by. So my response to this new abundant energy was to go into top gear and do, do, do....awakening in the mornings to a sense of well being which I hadn't experienced the like of since I was a young boy....so utterly wonderful....awakening refreshed and feeling invigorated throughout the day by the simple diet that now excluded all the old stimulants.

After 4 months I had busied myself to the point of ignoring Jos-hua's advice of doing the second Level cleanse, my energy level diminished but my work load did not. Prior to the cleanse, I would normally fall in a heap for a week or so when exhausted, not allowing me to work and thus restore some energy. With the new found energy post cleanse the old signs of exhaustion were not as obvious, and I was able to keep do, do , doing...finishing up with a severe chest infection which eventually stopped me in my tracks.

So this has been a great learning experience for me and entirely new territory in the realm of health and self care. And at this point I want to acknowledge Jos-hua and the path he has prepared for people just like me. I am now returning to this path and moving onto a Level 2 cleanse. This cleansing program has opened up the door to a way of living that offers a self responsible path of health care and the material for some deep insights around old patterns and self sabotage...or should I say health sabotage....

Many thanks to the online community and to my wonderful wife who has led me by her vibrant healthy example.

Yep, you got it Peter... well, you got it one way or another... what's important for you now is that we move into your lev 2 and you make some effort not to repeat post-cleansing lev 2 like post-cleansing lev 1... you are fully in control, I've designed it that way, so do please chose a nice healthy direction that we all can participate in and enjoy with you. no sense in letting the great things you do in your formal to slip into oblivion, better we keep the momentum moving forward, the program is designed for that.

Peter - what a tribute to you that you experienced the challenges of poor health brought on by a return to unconscious patterns then chose to wake up and get back into the practices that feed your life-force instead of depleting it.
