I do not remember how I chanced upon HPS 7 Day Wonder FREEDOM cleanse, but when I started viewing all the material on the web site I knew wanted to complete the program.

I had at that time been experiencing constipation and I had a skin rash on both arms. Since I’m not one to visit a traditional doctor, I wondered if the 7-day guided cleanse would help me to get rid of these health issues.

It took me a few days to decide because I thought that the cost was outside my budget plus I needed to take time off from work to do the 7-day cleanse.

Anyway I was so impressed by the outline of the program that I decided to make arrangements to complete the program.
I also gained confidence in HPS cleanse because of the testimonials from other participants as well as Jos-hua’s own experience.

There were many aspects of the HPS program that I liked.

First there was the pre-cleanse period which prepared me for the 7-day cleanse as it helped me to adjust my eating habits so that I experienced no hunger during the 7-day cleanse. I also lost 5 lbs during the pre-cleanse period and another 5 lbs during the fast without even trying. Nice!

I also liked the idea that there was a post-cleanse period so there is a sense of continuity – I am definitely going to do this HPS 7DW freedom cleanse again.

Further, if you are the type of person that likes to have a support group, then you’ve come to the right place.
You will quickly make acquaintance with others on the forum that have gone down the same path time and again as well as others that are new to the program like you.

I also I liked the fact that Jos-hua provided us with reading material at timely intervals to supplement the HPS- cleansing program. He is very thorough in ensuring that you have a full understanding of each step that needs to be followed.

Further Jos-hua uses a holistic approach in organizing the HPS cleanse. He goes beyond the physical aspects of the program. For e.g he outlines how the post-cleanse path can be augmented by an understanding of the chakra system. He also recommended some excellent books that I continue to use as reference.

But most of all the greatest benefit was health related – I am no longer constipated and the rash on my hand has completely cleared up!

Ah, that's a nice start, I rejoice in your rejoicing... now lets take it all the next level... now that you are familiar with some basic processes and procedures, lets build on that an truly renew your health and rejuvenation capacity... one level 1 cleansing is not enough, we need and should go a lot further... keep your practices up in your post-cleansing, learn, grow and explore more as per the info given to you, and prepare the ground for the next level of better health, and consequently more happiness.
